Only a few minutes walk from the train station, Lawsons, and the temple. the beds were very comfortable!

Replacement of towels cost money. We were staying for a whole week, and only had one towel each and would have had to pay for a clean towel. I recommend that if if people are staying longer than 3 days they should get additional clean towels free. The room was quite moldy as well, and this might be due to people hanging up damp towels indoors due to having to pay for additional towels. I suggest an outdoor towel rail, so guests can easily hang them outside. The morning bread baskets did not taste great and you could see many rooms not eating the bread (possibly leading to waste)

Our room was good and spacious for 4 persons. The toilet and shower room are separate which is a good thing. The hotel is very modern as the check-in process was contactless and complete instructions are provided beforehand. They have a luggage storage which I think is a must for Japan since you get to shop a lot. The ground floor has a common area where you can eat and stay and wait for your taxi.

I do not recommended to bring big luggage when your room here will be on the 3rd floor like ours since there is no elevator. The location is a 5-10 minute walk that includes crossing a bridge to the tourist area and it is located in a quiet neighborhood so taxis are rare to hail for us for a group of 4 (it was summer so we opted to ride a taxi).

This hotel offers so much for what you pay. Perfect for a family or large group the beds are decently comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious and overall the facility is a nice place to come back to everyday. The location was the best part, asakusa is an amazing place to have a homebase - quiet, clean, but still close to lots of tourist hubs. The area felt extremely safe yet still close to stores, things to explore and subway stations. When I come back to Japan there is no doubt I will stay at this hotel again!

The staff was amazing; however it would’ve been nicer having staff there a bit more often because we had some very noisy people across the hall from us late at night and it was super difficult to find a way to complain or quiet them down so we could sleep. I also enjoyed the bread in the morning but more variety would be awesome!

1.Very close to asakusa station ( which has a good choice of shopping and food). 2.Online zoom check-in is easy and staff is very pleasant. 3. Cupboard Lockers and bicycle lockers are provided in a room storage for lugguages after checkout or before check-in ( this is a plus point)

1.The shared amentities in the common kitchen can be improved. Small fridge ( and not very cold) because it is fully stuffed with numerous items by occupants. ( Accomodation can look into getting one more fridge) 2. One shared kitchen kettle is not working 3. Breakfast provided ( but it is only one plain slice of buttered bread) - better to give something better or not to give at all

- value - cleanness - space in the four-people room is quite sufficient for four adults - luggage storage

- location is 10~15 min walk from the 淺草 station. (Not too much a problem for us). - there’s a moldy smell in the washroom in our room.

It was my first time for contactless check-in, but it is so easy. The room looks nice, I like the bunk bed and pillow was so comfy makes me sleep well everyday. I will be back to stay here soon :)

Quite far from convenient store such as LAWSON or Family Mart, but no problem because I like to walk.

It wasgreat that facilitatesare easily accessible and there’s a manual provided that was of help during our stay. The customer service is also great as they were patient to answer all our queries.

It’s located quite at a distance from the main road. It would have been helpful if it was only a few steps away from the metro station and all.

Quick staff response for fixing the bathroom problem

I stayed over 8 nights, it would be good if some one do the carpet cleaning or change the towels as a long teams stays.

This was a nice and spacious space for its price considering that its located in Tokyo.

The onlybthing I did not like was how far u need to leave your shoea from your room and the lack of elevator as well. So not ideal for big and heavy bags.

The property is just a short walk to temple and to train station. The area is well maintained and secure.

The room that was assigned to us was a little bit small. There’s not much room to walk around.
