We had a fantastic stay. We love Dormy Inn as they have onsen in the hotel. Dormy Inn also provides free cofee and Yakultsin the morning, and ice creams from afternooon to night. from 2130-2300H, there is also free ramen prepared by the staff. We stayed in this hotel as we were visiting Yubari Melon Dome and Noboribetsu. This hotel is expecially special since there are many decent places to do shopping and food options which are a driving distance from the hotel. Highly recommend to check out the following places: - Aeon mall - Workman Plus - DCM - Nitori - Muji - Supersports Xebio - Shimamura

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The onsen facilities were fantastic—clean and relaxing. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit small for my liking. While it was well-maintained and comfortable, a bit more space would have been appreciated.

The breakfast is excellent, with many options. The public baths are spacious. The staff is very attentive and kind. The washers and dryers are very convenient.

The public baths and the rooms were a little worn. I have stayed in many Dormy Inns and this Dormy Inn’s bed was on the hard side, but it did not interfere with my sleep.

Extremely comfortable, getting to the open air onsen while snowing was one of the best experiences of my life. Everything friendly and easy to use.

Staff were friendly, checked in late and the parking was full. Was directed to other sites that were cheaper 600yen but you can’t leave as you please like the parking lot that dormy was offering 800yen

Free noodles at night from 2130, free ice cream from 1500 and free yogurt drink from 0500 after onsen. Feel secure for onsen, pin code required to enter the ladies onsen. Great breakfast with lots of choices.

The double bed was too small.

The staff is really helpful and friendly, it's great to have a rooftop onsen, very practical to have a washing machine and dryer, and the extra free food snacks that they offer is a super nice gesture.

Similar to other hotels under Dormy Inn, the hotel provides ice sticks as a refreshment after soaking in the onsen. Do note to bring the small towel from the room as there is none provided in the onsen. Offering of free ramen (half serving) at supper time and yakult in the morning

The room can be a tight squeeze for multiple suitcases.

The staff is nice and helpful. There are few restaurants nearby and in walking distance. The bed is comfortable.
