This is my third stay in this hotel. The service team, public bath, closeness to everywhere, reasonable price.......amazing value. My husband and I feel so comfortable during our stay. This hotel has become our favorite place to stay in Tottori. Walking distance to Tottori JR station in a few minutes and every fabulous izakaya. This is the place to stay in Tottori. Mr. Ito is a wonderful professional manager. We' ll be back here next time definitely.

Nothing! Really I love everything about here.

A very spacious room, with lots of electrical outlets, including 2 by the bed and 2 on the desk. A nice little sitting area. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice public bath, with good bubbly jacuzzi action. Good free coffee and green tea amenities. Good location just a 5 or 10 minute walk from the train and bus terminal, and lots of places to eat nearby.

The room was too hot. You can open the window to cool it down, but it gets a bit noisy, so bring earplugs for sleeping. Also, there’s no top sheet on the bed, just a thick comforter, so it’s harder to reach the right temperature. Also the wi-fi seemed a bit slow.

How close it is to the train station and bus station. It was also close to a lot of eateries and other stores. So everything was in walking distance. The parking structure they had on site was open most of the time. Just pressing the intercom to get the front desks attention was a nice touch.

The bathhouse was nice but a bit small so it could get crowded very quickly. It would be nice if they put a locker instead of a basket in the bath area which could carry more stuff.

Very close to the station. The place looks newly furnished and well-maintained. The room we stayed felt larger than the picture suggested, rather generously sized. The staff we met at the front desk were friendly. There is a chain Izakaya restaurant on the left when you exit the hotel, which I recommend if you want to try Izakaya but barely speak Japanese. They had English menus and we managed with (polite) hand gestures. (It also happened that there was a staff who spoke a bit of English and took great care of us).

Our room's window faced directly onto the wall of the neighbouring building, but we weren't here for the view so it wasn't a problem. For some reason, the way they flipped the 'G' in their logo unsettled me till now... (but it's nothing wrong with them, it's me)

There was a public bath that was refreshing to use at the end of the day. It's nearby the station. A little difficult to spot initially but once you know where it is it's easy to locate. Room was clean. Little bigger than the average hotel room but still bit crowded. Towels were clean.

The elevators were a little slow and took awhile to come. Parking was a little confusing. They have a parking tower where you drive the car in and they send it up themselves. It does take awhile to park/receive your car.

This is a very nice place to stay at in Tottori. Close to the station and bus stops to get to the Sand dune. I enjoyed the breakfast Buffett there a lot, even with my food allergy. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the lady at the Buffett. She took me through the whole menu to show me what I can eat. So nice! The rooms had everything that you could need and was clean!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Although they could not speak English well, 2 of the staff helped me with arrangement of luggage delivery. One helped to call the receiving hotel to arrange for receipt. Another staff guided me with filling in the form although i am arranging the luggage delivery via convenience as the hotel was unable to do so.

Hotel can only do luggage delivery if it's cash on delivery (of luggage) as they could not collect payment first. This caused some inconvenience as i need to bring the luggage to convenience store to do it. The hotel is located on 6th and 7th floor of a long building, so will need to walk quite a bit if the room allocated is located at the end of the building.

Good location Feeling ease and free. Also, there is many types of pillows and extra pillows we can use. Bathtub is nice!

There is a choice for requesting new towel only without cleaning the room, which saves the unnecessary workload for staffs. However, it would be better if the old towels will be collected and trash bin cleared. Also, the self washing machine is not clean.

Room was bigger than average Japanese hotels and you can help yourself to additional pillows and amenities if required. Love that they have long pillows which acted as bolsters for us! Location is just 5min away from the station which is perfect for us catching an early train the next day.

Maybe just the room aesthetics (a little too loud and red for our liking) but it doesn’t affect the comfort level of the stay

Very clean, modern, and all the little details are well considered. Staff are friendly, informative, and speak great English too - if you need it.

More than one towel would be helpful in the room - especially when you need to take the room towel to the onsen. The breakfast was very affordable, but some of the hot plate dishes didn't retain their heat.
