the location is just perfect, nearby a big shopping area, beautiful garden, bus and train station, also near the campuss wear my daughter is studying making it such a perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they hired some staff who spoke English well and really help us communicate, but the staffs who are not speaking English fluently are always try to explain and communicate smartly with guest, I love their effort to keep assisting and trying to do their best to make guest feel all their needs been taken cared for, very professional and diligent staffs. The breakfast is also wonderfull, they provide japanese style breakfast and some western too, but my family love their japanese breakfast most and their coffee, which is very good. The coffee is also provided at the ammenities stall nearby the reception area for guest to pick for free :). We were stayed more than 12 days in Daiwa Roynett and satisfied for the choice we've made. We definitely will return when we visit Tsukuba again.

It was business trip and I did not spent too much time in hotel. It was a good size - by Japanese standards - room with all necessary equipment. Free WiFi was excellent and I used it a lot for my work.

Location close to Tsukuba bus station, convenient for taking bus (main means of reaching Tsukuba) from and to airport. Breakfast - even though relatively basic - was included and it was useful.

Great location, short walk to trains and buses. Easy to get to University of Tsukuba, Tokyo, and other areas in Tsukuba. Hotel was clean and comfortable, with all amenities needed (including laundry that worked well), good breakfast, and helpful staff. Rooms were good size and comfortable.

It was difficult to get a double room with two beds. Otherwise, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great hotel with well-designed rooms, efficient facilities and a very nice breakfast. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, the room was always made up nicely and I had a free water bottle every day. Great view of Mount Tsukuba from my window.

WIFI in the room was great, but no WIFI in the breakfast room.

The hotel is placed very close to bus and train station, as well as to the convention center in Tsukuba. There were also two small malls close by with restaurants and food stalls to grab lunch or have dinner. The bed was very good.

Check-in was only possible after 2pm.

Great facilities for working in the room.

The room was a smoking room. I've understood that the hotel was fully booked and non-smoking rooms were no longer available.

The view from my room was amazing! The bed was also really comfortable. The location is also good since it's so close to the station!

My room had a musty smell at first. It disappeared later on. I also didn't like the orange lights though it's my personal preference.

Good location and friendly staff. A bit tight but as expected. Clean. Will stay here again when. we visit Tsukuba.
