The location cannot be perfect. You have the access to all the amenities in the station complex. If you are cycling in the area, you will be able to hit the road in a minute from your room. I especially like that you can bring your bikes to your room and hang on the wall, which is impossible in 99% of the hotels in Japan.

The lock system is EXTREMELY difficult to use, and it's especially difficult to open the room door from the inside, which in my opinion poses a public safety concern, as it might delay the evacuation in an event of emergency.

The hotel’s prime location within the train station makes it an excellent choice for travelers relying on public transportation. he rooms are described as cozy and comfortable, providing a welcoming retreat. The hotel’s design has a youthful, vibrant aesthetic, adding a fresh and modern appeal to the stay.

The hotel’s nearest car park is somewhat distant, which can be inconvenient for travelers driving to the property. There’s no temporary parking available near the hotel for dropping off luggage, adding to the inconvenience for those arriving by car.

Even though it was a small room, it fit my family of 3 so comfortably! The pictures of the room were exactly the same as what we received in person. Staff was also helpful and did their best to help us with our parking situation in English! We loved the minimalist concept of the loft rooms, and savvy use of space within hotel. It made a small space feel cozy and spacious at the same time.

The parking garage for this hotel is in the adjoining building. I'd recommend guests needing parking lots to inquire the staff via the app/email regarding the parking address and details before arriving. This was something I did not do and should have! It is recommended to park on level 4 of the "Tsuchiura City Station East Parking Lot"/ "Tsuchiura-shi eki-higashi". Parking on level 4 leads to a bridge to the hotel's building!

The hotel is new and clean, with a remarkable design. It is located right at the train station, so it is easy to find and convenient. There are bicycle rental facilities nearly or people to easily rent a bicycle and ride the cycling tracks in the area. What I like most is the breakfast coupons that I can buy from the hotel at a very reasonable price. I chose to have breakfast at the noodle place near the train station gates and to my surprise it serves that best tsukemen that I have ever tasted.

If I have to criticize, the hotel doesn't have a big onsen bath to relax my tired legs after cycling for the whole day. But the guest room has a big bathtub so I could still enjoy a bath in our own room.

Room was clean and comfortable. There was enough room for our luggage. Many amenities nearby like 24 hour shop. Close to bus/train station. Some storage in the room and a nice bathroom!

Room was kind of small for the price. Breakfast is not served in the hotel but instead you get a voucher for a restaurant in the train station.

Just above train station and bus terminal Easy access to food and transportation. Room is spacious for 2 adults 2 kids. We rented bicycles from the hotel.

-Limited bicycle choices. Not the hotel issues: -Cycling tracks are not risk free. There are nice payment for cyclist but there are some part of tracks shared with cars. There was a poiny where we found ourselves on main road with heavy traffic.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful room. Very clean. The cafe runs 24 hours. Connected to the train station.

Maybe the locals prefer it but the mattress and pillow were not firm enough? Seems to not be suitable for heavy people.

Large and comfortable beds. Location and proximity to rail station made it all too easy. No carpet floors was a big plus.

No fresh air, you must rely on reverse cycle air conditioning, which was not comfortable for us both. Only 1 chair for two people. Neverless my rating is high due to reasons I gave above.

Room was uncomfortably hot. We tried turning down the thermostat but that didn't help. No need for that in November. The window shade was translucent so there wasn't a way to darken the room. Some noise from station platform

Everything about this hotel is new, clean and new feeling. Very well designed so that you feel it is all larger than it is with sufficient room and storage for a multi day stay.
