The location is near Tsuchiura airport bus stop and few minutes walk to Lawson convenience store.There is a free meal between 5-9pm.I like how big our bed is and its spacious.The toiet is clean and toiletries can be collected from the lobby.The receptionists can speak in English and very hospitable.I love the amenities like public bath/onsen especially from a tired day.There is a luggage storage because after check-out,we still have a tour around the area❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast menu needs more variety. It needs to change. The menu rotates on a 2 menu choice which becomes very predictable and boring within 3 days. The bedside night light needs to face up and not face down. The bed side night light is now facing down, making it too glaring when we lie down while watching our mobile phones. Need to turn it 180 degress to face up so we can keep that on while we watch our mobile phone.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Great, quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, 2 min away from the station. Lots of walks around the lake. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Exceptionally well maintained rooms. Extras like the onsen, curry with rice after 5 PM, good quality tea and coffee were very much appreciated.

Great location. Close to the Tsuchiura train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the onsen within the hotel. The ¥1000 breakfast was good.

Check in time is 1500. Arrived to hotel to find a mass check-in crowd. Once we checked in, we were told the rooms weren’t ready yet. That was a huge disappointment not being able to go directly to your room after checking in.

We were riding our bikes around the lake, and the staff let us leave our bikes in the lobby overnight. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is good and not expensive. The public bath is a nice amenity.

Breakfast was very good, delicious, and the location was quite good and comfortable as well. The hotel is a new one, everything was sparkling clean. Japanese are great nation and this hotel 100 % corresponds to the standards of this amazing nation.

Double rooms are a little bit narrow, it would be great if they have been a little bit more spacious

Our reason for visiting Tsuchiura was to go cycling around the scenic lake and seeing the countryside. For our purpose, the hotel suited us fine. It was within easy walking distance from the train station (where you can also rent bicycles) and various food choices. Staff were very earnest in helping us find our way around. Hotel is new-ish and clean.

Nothing, it was a comfortable stay

The price for the quality was excellent. The room was comfortable and quite large for the price. The public bath was quite nice. Negotiating with the staff for specific needs was easy and pleasant. The lobby area has a nice albeit small workspace.

The selection of toiletries was quite basic. There were no Q-tips in the room although I found out after the fact that there were some in the lobby.

The hotel is very central, close to the station, shops and also the harbour, which is a very nice walk.

We couldn’t get a double bed unfortunately, and the mattress is very firm.

Always comfortable and very convenient as a base in Tsuchiura , its proximity to the station and City Center.
