Located right near the Takezono park and Days Town shopping center, the hotel had a spacious room and bathroom, large lounge with desks where you could work at, and provided all the necessary furnishings and amenities. I liked the focus on comfort, as the bed had a Simmons pocket coil mattress which was very comfortable, and there was a pillow bar available with different selections of ergonomic pillows. The origami crane in the room was also a nice and welcoming gesture.

The furniture is quite old, but it was usable. There were moments when I wanted to heat up the room, but the air conditioner was still blowing cool air, despite the temperature setting.

Good value, very convenient for the Int. congress centre and an easy walk to Tsukuba station. Choice of pillows and a powerful shower. Free coffee and tea with an efficient kettle and fridge in the room and a convenience store across the road selling Milk yoghurt and cereals made a homemade breakfast easy to do.

There was limited breakfast by preorder and no restaurant, but the photocopied local maps indicating nearby restaurants were almost unreadable. There were microwaves available but there were no bowls or spoons available. The TV instructions were inaccurate but the BBC channels were dubbed in japanese anyway, with no option to hear the English, so didnt use it.

We booked this hotel because it is close to the station and stores. This is our second time staying here and both times we have enjoyed our stay.

We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in time. We wanted to park our car and look around the area, however, they told us we had to pay an extra fee. I thought there was no flexibility in changing the rules. We were only a couple of hours early.

Comfortable and spacious. The location is just next to the International Conference Center, with an indoor hallway connecting the two buildings. If you're attending a conference there, this accommodation would be a great choice. Btw the view over the park is beautiful, and the amenity bar and pillow bar are nice.

Everything was great.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located for the International Conference Centre. The Japanese breakfast was good, although no option for western breakfast was offered.

There was little variety at breakfast

Very close to the Tsukuba Congress Center (1 minute), ideal if one needs to go there for business. Also close to the Tsukuba train station and shopping centers, easily reached in 15 minutes by foot. Quiet and friendly staff.

Location is convenient, hv to walk a little bit. Room size was decent. Water pressure was good. It was a last minute check in just to crash down. It was comfortable.

Didn’t stay long enough to notice anything, except for the checkout time, which is 10am. Not sure if it’s a standard here.

The breakfast was excellent.

When we arrived 1 hour earlier than the check in time, we couldn't check in, and we were asked to pay extra. We were asked to pay 1 day parking fee for parking one hour before the check in time.

I had missed that it was "Japanese breakfast only" (i.e. with fish and amenities) but each morning I enjoyed the whole set - and I don't even like fish ;-)
