The location, the comfortable mattress and bedding, eco friendly policy, helpful staff, the fact that there is an on-site restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner.

Breakfast buffet did not have usual continental options like yoghurt, fresh fruit and pastry. The ‘spa’ only consisted of a relatively small communal bathroom and there was no provision of massage or facial treatment. The food at the restaurant was OK and convenient but nothing exceptional.

The location being a stone throw away from the train station can't be beat. The staff were friendly and cordial. Breakfast was good too, especially the almond pudding. And the free spa with hot and cold water pools and a sauna was a god sent in the cold winter nights.

The room size is a bit too small for 2 pax for anything longer than 2 days. The toilet seat had a yellow stain when we used it the first time, we cleaned it up and it was fine.

We arrived the hotel late evenning and very tired to find the outside dinner, the hotel staff advised us to the restuarant next door with is the breakfast room. The food was very good, delicious with the low price. In the morning we had splendid plenty and delicious brakfast in the same room. The hotel is more than we think, there are 2 Onsen bath for men and wemen. It is very good for people to stop here 1 night from Narita Airport.

The service was amazing. The staff at the counter took bike stands and a mat to our room before we checked in, so we could bring our bikes into the room as soon as we got there. All of the staff were so friendly, there was a great bath and sauna for the guests.

Breakfast was good. The wieners and chicken were especially good because they were pan heated and there was crunch. The other items were the usual. The hotel was bicycle friendly as the whole town catered to bikes.

I choose this hotel as I had to be here for business, Hotel is OK, nothing special. Immediate vicinity of the train station. Polite and helpful staff.

Breakfast reasonable, but not much choices if you are used to western standards.

It is very convenient as the hotel is just next to the train station. There are quite number of restaurants nearby as well as convenient store. And the room is very clean. I could even have the view of the lake from my room.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel that is excellent in its location, spacious room, spa with sauna and simple but delicious breakfast at a very affordable rate.

Very near the station and a pleasant lakeside park; the bed was good and the views pleasant. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts good value for money included in the room rate

Best location, Clean and quality and good service

Air-con was not activated the cooler. It was too hot but staff adjusted for me.
