I liked the women's public bath, very well equipped with lotions, hair dryer etc. The desk staff were helpful in calling taxis. (I spoke no Japanese and they no English; we communicated via my phrase book.) Breakfast was generous, dominantly Japanese but with European continental choices.

There was no wardrobe or drawers for clothes (and I was staying for a week). There were a few hooks/hangers on the wall. I kept bruising my elbow on the door frame when in the bathroom (it was very close to the loo). There was no skin lotion in the toiletries in the room.

This is a decent business hotel with the bonus of a very pleasant 'onsen' bath which guests can use included in the price. The breakfast is very generous - lots of choices, Japanese style. If you don't enjoy Japanese breakfast then there are croissants etc on offer, however I'd recommend the Japanese choices! The room is comfortable, perhaps a bit on the small side, but that is normal in Japan and this is good value for money.

Possibly due to the continuing impact of Covid, I struggled to find places open to eat in the evening, and resorted to eating in the hotel cafeteria. The main problem I had as a foreigner with limited Japanese, was that they insisted I order food via a QR code that turned out to be difficult to manage. However the staff were polite and I cannot fault them - they did their best!

Comfortable, very clean, well located hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good and very clean. We particularly liked the location, right on the main street with lots of restaurant choices. The university is a 40 minute walk away so we took the bus every morning (it was raining)—the stop is right outside the hotel. We strolled back in the evenings across the river. Altogether, we had a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are small—but very quiet.

Top notch service for this business hotel. My room was large and comfortable. It was a bit far (15mins) from the JR station but the streets of Yamaguchi are so nice that it was a pleasant walk. Free bike rental service for 2 hours!

Breakfast was just ok for a continental, japanese's one seems to be way more appetizing.

Large room compared with the standard of the business hotels in Japan. Very good public bath with rotemburo, sauna and cold bath. Good breakfast

For a traveler without a car, it is far from train station and yamaguchi downtown. However buses stop just in front of the hotel

Great location, beautiful room and onsen facilities. Breakfast varied from day to day and was very tasty and fresh. Kind staff. Also a free drink from the vending maschine was a nice touch.

Everything was good. Receptionists are helpful and polite.

Location a bit far. 15m walk to yuda onsen station. Located at the end of the main street, so you have to walk to the main food area. There is a bus stop and convenience store right outside the hotel though.

Big onsen is very good. Viking style breakfast is delicious with wide varieties. Coin laundry is convenient. Hotel stuff is kind and friendly.

If they have S shaped hooks to hang bags and hats, it would be more convenient.

The location was convenient. The set up of the room was comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of food and beverages. I especially liked the open-air bath.

The parking area could have more lights. It was difficult to distinguish the entrance.
