I love staying at APA hotels because the beds are always comfortable, and they have everything I need - the rooms are always extremely clean and all the amenities are useful. The staff at this particular APA hotel were very friendly, and went out of their way to offer us an umbrella when it was raining - one of the girls even helped us use the laundry machine which was very kind of her

Not enough parking close to the hotel - the second car park is quite close but would be nice to be right at the hotel but it was always full

Staff were friendly and helpful, and greeted me in English. They provided an English info sheet, and allowed me to store my bike in a secure area. Room was clean and comfortable, and a little bigger than the last APA I stayed at. I was originally assigned to a smoking room, but the staff corrected that right away. There is a supermarket (You Me) nearby in addition to the usual konbini and fast food options.

Room was very hot (in January) and there didn't seem to be any way to adjust the temperature. I finally thought to open the window, but not until I had spent the night sweating!

Spacious than normal business hotels. Luggage space under the bed is very clever. Minimum but everything we need are there.

None. But 2 chair could be handy. Also if the toilet lid will be flat when it closes, would be handy to put clothes etc., while taking shower

It was comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful! They went the extra step to really make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Plus the rooms had everything, really enjoyed the free movies.

My room was right next to the washing area and microwave so I could hear a little from outside, but didn’t matter after dark as everyone would be in their rooms.

The combination of the price and quality

They say it t’s close to the station which it sort of true. However the condition of some sidewalks is not okay. This makes it pretty difficult to walk to the hotel with 3 suitcases

Nothing in particular. It’s a business hotel, but if you go in expecting a business hotel there’s no disappointment.

The APA Hotel at Hofu is another good quality Hotel at a reasonable price. Ample parking, helpful staff, easy check-in, good-sized rooms, clean, comfortable and well-lit. Suitable for everyone from business people to family groups.

The staff was very friendly. They kept some luggage while I was away. The location of the hotel is pretty good.

On the 8th floor there was a strange noise sometimes
