Facilities just like a condominium or your home like automatic door with pin, washing machine, heater and much more. Hot spring outside is very cool. After long day, it's very good to help my stress body. Host also kind and helpfull.

A little bit far from central. Google map navigate me to walk the shortest way. But the road condition is not so good. After that, I walk to the lake and find out this is better way to access the hotel.

The apartment is very clean. Check in process is easy to manage. The washer cum dryer is easy to use, didnt take a long time to wash and dry. Walking distance to the shopping area. Great place to be. The owner is adorable, leaving a lot of instruction with cute drawings.

I took the instruction from GPS. Should follow the instruction from the owner. The roads are really narrow, even in the shopping streets. If you are not confident, park just out of the shopping area (easy to walk). Close the onsen door well to prevent insects flying in.

Very well equipped and spacious room. Comfortable beds. Very good bathroom, private outdoor hot spring bath and high-tech washer-dryer.

It was a little difficult to find and then a 7-8 minute walk into the local village - where no restaurants were open in the evening. On our second night, we drove to the main town and had a good dinner. Lawton’s was a walk away, but delivered on the usual Lawson snacks.

Location was excellent very close to main attractions and only 20 min walk to the main station. The kitchenette was a bonus being able to cook was really good. Loved the private onsen.

Onsen could have had some extra rails for people who have mobility issues my partner found it difficult to get out without help.

private and warm even though we were located very close to the yufuin village area. i loved that the laundry situation was so convenient, and the beds were extremely comfortable. a beautiful space that I definitely want to visit at again

hard to find on google maps, because the property name is only searchable in Kanji, there is no search option for romanji words. however it was helpful that the property owner sent us pdf on how to get there. maybe can share a link to the property location/name for future guests?

Nice environment have private onsen and washing machine. House near to the lake, walking distance. Instructions send by email, quite clear (the way to the house and enter the house). We communicate with owner by email.

Just give some advice to others: For car, the road to the house narrow. Better reach there before dark / night.

Roads leading to the house were narrow and dangerous. Without good driving skills, it is very dangerous. The place is also very remote. There are no hanging hooks or a bar in the bathroom.

Quiet location. Walking distance to the Yufuin Floral village.

Not advisable for single female traveler as is far away from the rail station and is very dark at night with no street light. It would be good to provide full body mirror. The bed is too soft.

Cleanliness and comfortable. Comes with onsen. Close proximity to lake and shops.

We drove, and the location was a bit challenging to find even with Google map (maybe for non-japanese?) Certain parts of the house were a bit colder, like the hallway and laundry room. The bedroom was kept warm when the door was closed but even then we could feel some cool air sipping through the door into the room.

Cozy and Clean with real feeling of Japanese house. Onsen was great and private. Bed and living room are in the same multi function room. Washing machine any dryer available.

Location is quite too far for traveler who’s traveling by trains and without own transportation
