Huge room with a lot of spaces. Outdoor onsen was incredible, especially for 1st time users. There are regular height tables, so we sat comfortably without having to sit on the floor. Dinner & breakfast were served in room, so it felt very special. The service was exceptional!

Walls are paper thin, because some really are just papers, so you can hear people walked by and talking sometimes. Also, you can hear upstairs walking as well. But things got quiet around sleeping time.

Location was excellent, still tucked away by the river, but within walking distance to Floral Village, Kinrin lake, Yunotsubo street with eateries, and Showa Retro Museum. Amazing staff who take care of your every need from start to finish. They are amazing!! Thank you!!

I loved the warm Japanese hospitality welcome. The service staff attending to our room was very friendly and attentive too. Location was amazing being mere minutes to the floral village. For guests that drive, a big plus is that they have their own carpark so no need to compete for lots at the public car parks.

The driver was a bit rude to yell at my dad who didn’t find the sign paper (?) on the chair of the shuttle bus. it made me and my family members feel a bit upset and ruin the good impression about the hotel at the end.

we loved everything about this ryokan. amazing service, facility, meal and hospitality. so nice to have a couple of hot spring options on site as well as the private one attached to the room. gorgeous garden and delicious dinner and breakfast. Everyone there made our stay so special and extraordinary. I did a lot of research in the area and am so glad we chose this. Highly recommend!!!

The staff service is excellent. Especially a girl called May, she speaks very fluent English.

The hotel is currently under construction, so only 2 onsen could be tried.

Friendly staffs. Attention in details. I need to take train in the morning and would like to arrive train station a little bit earlier. They arranged to drop me to station as per my requested time

Beautiful Onsen with delicious breakfast & dinner. Every corner in the ryokan or the room is Instagramable. Good service too. For Onsen lovers, there are 4 different types of Onsen to try. The location is good ie just 2 mins walk to the lake & also the street with many restaurants & shops. it’s not exactly cheap but I feel it’s money well spent!

Food is excellent and the in room onsen is awesome. The location is best to access the lake and walking area. Staff are very friendly and kind. Wonderful traditional Japanese experience!
