Excellent location, directly connected to Oita station and indoor stores, practical in case of rain, for example. The interior design, with its neutral tones, wood and quality materials, gives the hotel a warm, luxurious feel. Rooms are very clean and well laid out, with comfortable bedding. The public thermal bath on the top floor is just perfect! (Open very late) The outdoor pools overlook the city of Oita, offering a magnificent view of the cityscape and mountains in the distance. These baths are a real plus for instant relief from the day's fatigue. The restaurant serves very good food, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide choice of quality dishes.The staff were welcoming, polite, extremely helpful and respectful. We would really like to thank them for their kindness, especially a member of staff named Zanami. Our daughter was very touched by all the attention and care they gave to her belongings. We highly recommend this hotel.

Directly at the station that has a mall. Bus Stations right infront too. Coin Laundry on two different floors was really helpful. Microwaves and vending machines are also available. Love the TV that lets you see how congested the wellness area is and let's you see which laundromats are being used+how much time is left for the cycle. Wellness Spa was super nice and easy to understand due to english instructions. Outdoor bath with overlooking view spectacular. Reception had bus times for Oita Airport, which was really helpful since Google didn't show some of them.

Kinda annoying to switch elevators to get to the first floor from the rooms to the lobby.

The hotel is close to the station and is very secure. You will need to take 2 elevators to get to your room. One elevator will take you to the hotel. You use your key card to get to your room using a different elevator. This hotel is close to eating places, a drugstore, supermarkets, and shopping areas.

The lighting in the rooms is a bit dim, and the washing machines take a while to dry laundry as they are combination washer/dryers.

The hotel overall left a very satisfying impression. - The environment was comfortable. - Transportation was very convenient, as it's located right next to JR Oita Station. - There’s a shopping mall right downstairs. - The staff were extremely friendly and very willing to help.

The bathroom lacked adequate space for storing clothes, which was a bit inconvenient.

The really enjoyed the outdoor onsen where it's located on the top floor with city view.

1)The parking guidelines provided by the hotel is very misleading. In booking.com and at the hotel also mentioned 'nearby' parking lot is available. For my understanding is the hotel does not provide parking lot in their premise so parking at the parking outside/beside the hotel (nearby)is what they mean. However, the hotel reception told me the parking lot is available in their premise... which has created a confuses at the first place. 2) At the JR station, the main entrance is being unclear and it didn't has a single word mentioned 'hotel' until I checked with the information counter only managed to find it.

The hotel is literally just beside the Oita station, so you could travel to Beppu and Yufuin without much hassle, and you could do some shopping in AMU plaza, or grab a quick bite before you go off. The hotel provides free shiitake tea, and also you can enjoy the public bath here (there's extra charges to be collected upon check in).

Perfect for guests without a car. Walking distance to pedestrian street, and literally on the rails. We have a rented car, and parking is possible just at the level of the reception in the parking house of the neighbouring mall. Open air spa with views from 21st storey impressive.

Great design, the rooms and corridors are made to look like a luxury train. Spotless. The staff is helpful, they let us keep our rooms for a second night. At JT station, which means shopping and eating at your fingertips

Value for money is not so great. No parking. Quality for diner is a bit average. Before letting us keep our rooms, they asked us to move our luggage. So while we did keep our rooms, we checked out and then checked back in. Carried a lot of luggage around as we have 2 kids and booked two rooms.

It’s location is on top of JR station so it’s a convinient hotel if you’re planning to visit Beppu & Yufuin. There are plenty of options for food & shopping. The highlight of the hotel is the City Spa, make sure you visit it every night during your stay to enjoy the Oita skylight.

Accessible from the station, close to many restaurants and shops. Extremely clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable room. The hot-spring and spa facilities were both amazing, and staff were friendly, professional, and polite.

We wanted to but could not use the restaurant because it was closed for an event.
