The hotel is conveniently situated on the main road, with a coffee shop, souvenir store, and hair salon close by. Parking was hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was tasty, and free Wi-Fi was available. The room was spacious, and the view was awesome.

The elevators were quite small and slow. Loud music was being played in the restaurant, which was very annoying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orchid Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived,What truly stood out during my stay was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, and they were always ready with a warm smile. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and in ensuring their guests have a memorable stay. Location perfect .

I like everything and every things were very nice, especially the staff which they were very helpful especially Mr.Waheil .Ms. Sara and Ms.Raghad .The breakfast buffet was different choices, which I can say everything there. Hotel was so clean and can be rated with 3.5 stars in addition to finding small shops for souvenirs

more towels would make a difference and better soap and shampoo.

Great location, clean rooms and delicious breakfast! Friendly staff The only thing I notice that they must work on is cleaning & clearing their underground parking as they have no parking around except this one and it was full of items making it harder to park & get out of parking

Our stay at Amman Orchid Hotel exceeded our expectations. rooms were really good, breakfast was really good as well. We loved the receptionist Wael, he was EXTREMELY helpful, understanding and amazing. He was such a help for us during our stay, always waiting to help out in anything we needed. lovely man from me and my fiance

Had great breakfast every morning the staff cook was fabulous attentive the boss was always involved with the hotel the reception employee prensensle great welcome very friendly warm friendly.. Dinner spasyal mat boss paid 5dinar jest made gesture food very tasty and plentiful

Dinar is very expensive and I could not do a tour pedra I could not go to the touristic trip I could not see your dead sea I did not like them..

Great location, Great value for money. This hotel prices is unbeleiveably cheap compared to the value you get, the location, and the cleanness. Staff were very frindly and supportive. Location is central. Easy to go to Central Amman, university site, Western Amman and any other place. Just hop on to the road, stop a ataxi and it will never be a No for any place you want to go. Room size is perfect, rooms are clean and tidy, service is great.
