Great location and value for the money.. Away from noise and good 24/7 receptionist.

The only thing i didn't like that they made me pay extra half the price on top of night price for my 2 yeara old boy... I understand any extra person should pay but i am not using any extea bed, babies should not be counted as adults.. Also water pressure was weak in general and very weak at sometimes

We were looking for quiet, clean accommodation in Amman, with easy access to the downtown and surroundings (kids' playground areas and malls). And we got it :-). Why do I think so? 1) The first moment we arrived at the hotel, a friendly receptionist, Hanin, took care of us and made us feel welcome. In addition, she offered an upgrade of our booking for no extra charge. We appreciate it a lot. 2) The hotel is not on the main street; it is approx. 100m away - which means there was no noise from the road coming into the room. Combining that with the comfy beds meant we had a good rest there. 3) The whole apartment was huge, clean, and quiet. 4) As mentioned above, the location was perfect for us. On the main road nearby, we used plenty of restaurants during our stay. Moreover, we used UBER to move around: 3 to 3,5 JOD to visit downtown, approx 2,5 JOD to go to Children's Museum or City Mall, ... 17 JOD to the airport. 5) Our flight was very late in the evening, and we could leave our luggage at the hotel as we went site seeing in Amman. Moreover, Hanin offered us to use a room afterward to rest before going to the airport. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay. And special thanks to Hanin for your kindness.

Things I Liked • The suite was clean. • The air conditioner worked well. • The staff were friendly and helpful. • The TV channels were good. • The internet was very fast. • The suite had a microwave and a large refrigerator.

Things I Didn’t Like • Guests were loud and noisy on the floor even after 1:00 am, laughing loudly. • The shower had poor drainage, causing water to stay, so you had to clean it yourself. • Only one day’s worth of toilet paper was provided, even for a two-day stay.

the hotel is cosy , quiet and close to everything rooms are fully furnished and clean and has strong wifi signal. the staff there are great and lovely especially Haneen she is wonderful and very very helpful. its a good place for the offered rate.

I liked the coat mostly and that a lot of places open are close to it

I didn’t like that the bathroom was not dry as I entered the bathroom, I didn’t like that there was not dimmer switch in the room And house keeping should been every day with new facilities and water etc., without being asked, but that was it done And a vending machine would have been very helpful

All the staff were friendly and kind when i left the hotel i forgot my phone but then they messaged me and told me that I forgot my phone and gave it back

The staff was very welcome, and the service was amazing. Whatever you need at any time, 24 hours you can ask the staff they will facilitate it ,especialy the most wellcom person in Jordan Mr. kaiss ,location makes you feel that you are in the middle of everything in town

the mattresses are not comfortable, and the water mixer in the shower does not work well (it takes time to go from hot water to cold water)

If somebody want to make a reservation to Lancaster Hotel to KEEP IN YOUR MIND THAT THERE ARE HOTELS WITH THE SAME NAME ONE IS GARDENS THE OTHER ONE NO. FOR ME I MADE A RESERVATION WITHOUT PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS AND I GOT GARDENS INSTEAD OF THE OTHER ONE,WHICH WAS A MISTAKE ! NEXT TIME NOT TO BE CONFUSED AND CHOOSE CAREFULLY ITS A DISTANCE BETWEEN 5 KM.

I wish they can do better opening a cafeteria 24/7
