Chose this hotel because we were driving and didn’t want to negotiate traffic inside the city when leaving to Wadi Rum and Petra. The hotel itself is grandiose, charming and our rooms had great views. However, it all looked a little dated. The entrance is off of the car park and a little bit of an open air walk to the lobby. Because it rained the day we were in Amman we frequently got wet entering and exiting the hotel (forgot our umbrella). The rooms were comfy but also looked dated, especially the bathrooms, which could have done with a bit of renovation. However, the staff here were excellent and exceeded all my expectations. They were kind and courteous, upgraded us to larger rooms, checked in on us when we needed taxis etc. and overall helped make our stay very pleasant indeed.

I had the pleasure of staying at OPAL Hotel and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they ensured that all my needs were met. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the comfortable bed, which made for a restful stay. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the serene ambiance made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to many attractions and dining options. The in-house restaurant was also fantastic – the food was delicious, and the service impeccable. A special mention to the staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism throughout my stay. Especially: Moa'yyad, Mohammad, Shaker, Mohammed, and the home service staff. They were always available to assist with a smile and were incredibly helpful in providing recommendations for local spots to explore. I highly recommend OPAL Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay with top-notch service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Easy access and parking available. We had to pick up a family member in the middle of the night from the airport and being just off the main road made our live easier. Breakfast and restaurant are great, they have a lot of choice. We even had live music in the dining area, good athmosphere.

I didn'd know I have to walk over the parking to reach the spa area. Maybe I missed an indication somewhere, but I really thought I get in my bathing suit & bathrobe into the elevator and reach the pool & spa. Well .... it was freezing cold mid october and I felt very ridiculous.

The best thing in this hotel is the staff. They all are very friendly and polite. They are always smiling and ready to help. They upgraded my room without asking. The location of the hotel is strategic. Just 20 mins away from the airport and 25 mins from the city centre. Uber will take you anywhere easily. Food was good and restaurant & cafe staff are very nice too. WiFi was great in all areas. Rooms are clean and bed are very comfortable.

There was no heath club. If you stay in the 3rd floor, going to the restaurant will be a bit tricky.

The front desk staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. They even organised a driver to take me around Jordan. The driver has been professional and courteous and has colloborated with me to arrange the itinerary. As my itinerary developed, Opal extended my stay happily, and I didn't feel like this was any effort for them. They always made me feel right at home. The bed is comfortable and the quilt is snug. There were always in-house toiletries and other nice touches like on the house soft drinks and water in the fridge. Houskeeping is to a high standard, as is the laundry service, which came back the same day. The food is delicious and tasty. The restaurant staff are skilled, attentive and polite. Breakfast is amazing - the choice is huge. The in-house spa facility is also excellent, with the best steam room I've found anywhere.

When I booked the hotel I didn't realise it wasn't in the centre of Amman, however that didn't matter because the Opal staff organised a driver for me. The pillows were a bit too high for me, so I adapted and slept soundly without using a pillow.

I loved everything about the hotel since I entered the reception, who were indescribably wonderful with their welcome and beautiful smile, especially Mahmoud and Moayed, who had given me decorations for the room when they learned that I was a groom. They helped me and facilitated several things. Thank you very much to them. I think the cleanliness was great, the food was very delicious, and all the employees were smiling and welcoming. I felt like I was among my family Me and my wife and I tried the spa there and it was the best possible A hotel that deserves 5 stars

Staff. Very accommodating. Went out of their way to meet expectations even when they couldn't. It's a very new hotel, just 7 months and though it was basic, it was quite clean and comfortable. And there was a gym - small one, but it works.

I got sick and found out they did not have a first aid kit nor a trained first aider. I am a health and safety inspector - that was disappointing. They did not have to provide it in the rooms but when asked, they should have basic amenities like a shower cap on stock. Most basic of all, there was no HOTEL SIGN. Please attach one soonest to help clients/taxis find your hotel right away.

Great location by the airport, excellent service, huge rooms, wonderful and convenient facilities, fast internet. Food was great.

For three adults (me and my parents) and my 3 kids we were forced to get a regular double room and a huge family apartment with a king sized bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. My kids are young and ended up all just sleeping with me in the king sized bed because they were afraid to sleep in the singled bedroom, which was closer to the door than the king room. This made for a very expensive stay for me to sleep with three kids. I would have much preferred to take two double rooms, but that was not permitted.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. While the hotel is located about 15–20 km from the airport, the quality and experience made it well worth the distance. We stayed in the family suite, which was ideal – two separate rooms (one with single beds, one with a double bed) and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space and comfort. The hotel’s interior design is stunning, the breakfast was generous and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice and extremely clean. We stayed in Rooms 313 and 219 and both rooms were clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr Mahmod at the main reception gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a vast array of delicious food. The hotel was safe and in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Amman.
