One of the most beautiful hotels in Jordan. As a reminder, when I want to book, I go to the Booking review to choose the hotel. I found that the Royal Amman Hotel is one of the best hotels. I went to the hotel reviews because I found a repeated name. I remember the name of a person, Imad, from the reception department. I went to the hotel because I found Imad in the reception department in front of me. He is one of the best employees in the hotel. I was sure why the name of this person was repeated in Booking. His way of dealing is more than wonderful. Thank you Emad for nice suite

Our stay at Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman was exceptional. Here are some highlights from our experience: The internet speed was around 7-11 Mbps, which was sufficient for our needs. The hotel is impeccably clean. As a family, we took two connected rooms, and it was very relaxing. The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival, making us feel at home right away. The panoramic views from the windows are breathtaking, adding a special touch to our stay. The swimming pools are fantastic, with three options: two indoor pools with sweet water, one with 5% salty water, and an outdoor pool. The Jacuzzi, steam, and sauna facilities were excellent. The gym is well-equipped and provided a great workout experience. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially want to comment on the breakfast experience at Le Royal. Enjoying the delightful music of Fairuz in the spacious and elegant restaurant added a magical touch to our mornings. The acoustics of the hall beautifully amplified the melodies, creating an enchanting ambiance. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Mohammad Salah and chef Maher for their delicious cooking and outstanding hospitality. We also had a wonderful time at Chesters, the restaurant on the 10th floor. It offers a stunning view of the city of Amman, especially at night. The food was delicious, and the staff were professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Overall, Le Royal Hotel and Resort Amman provided a memorable and pleasant stay. the place was Luxury, the building huge.

the valet parking try to enforce me to make him driving my car, but for me I don’t like any one driving my car I can do it my self to be comfortable and to trust the place. they said they I might lost down there but even though I will move around then I will find the way, and it was easy for me. I don’t need to explain to everyone when I refuse you should respect my request. it not that big deal to take to four people then you asked the manager to allow me do it my self.

The staff were wonderful, polite and courteous, like Ms. Maram and all her colleagues who made sure that I and my family were comfortable.

The furniture is old and classic, not befitting a five-star hotel, which is considered one of the best in the Kingdom. The bathrooms are severely lacking in even the most basic amenities compared to hotels of the same category. The food prices are exaggerated and for me it is even more expensive than five-star hotels in Dubai.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. As for breakfast, it was delicious and offered a great variety, including fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and coffee made to order. It was a wonderful way to start each day

Overall, my stay at Le Royal Amman was lovely, everything was perfect. Breakfast had a nice variety, and while most of it was tasty , Staff were kind and welcoming

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. One of the biggest highlights is its prime location – it’s perfectly situated close to key attractions and restaurants. Equally impressive was the level of professionalism displayed by the staff, especially Mr. Emad. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service.

it was perfect stay. People are friendly Super clean

The housekeeping took the bath robes and did not return them despite the multiple requests i made. The receptionist ignored my request to change the room view to the other side where i am used to and always book here for that view. the lady who provides the towels was rude she told my son: بدك حبل غسيل this is the second time you go to the pool im not going to give you a towel every hour.

I had a problem with the security team when I entered the hotel. I intended to give a bad review, but a person in the reception department named Imad was a more than wonderful person. He apologized to me and promised me a good room. But the good thing about the matter is that this person called and apologized. He is a great person. Thank you, Imad, for everything. thank you Emad

A premium location that is easy to navigate Amman. The structure is elegant, the restaurant choices within the hotel outstanding and aesthetics very pleasing. The room is clean, spacious, with good layout and functional amenities. The breakfast mix was good, I am just not a breakfast person, so I was overwhelmed with the choices. Overall, the experience was amazing.

The WiFi connection at my room was very poor. However, in the lobby, where I worked, internet connection was good.
