I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I especially loved the breakfast — fresh, varied, and delicious every morning. The location is perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a great night’s sleep. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience. Great value for the price!

Paying in euros in Hotel is very bad because the calculat 0.65 JOD in 1 euro and in the market you get 0.75/0.78 JOD If you book your hotel in 128 euros(Forexample). they want collect Money in JOD Which is 196 euro its mean they Collect 68 euro more what you booked via Booking.com So please be carefull and try to Pay via Booking.com Not cash on hotel.

The hotel is not just the decor and the hotel facilities, the staff, the reception and the smile. This hotel is distinguished in the first degree by having an integrated, welcoming, smiling team that is distinguished by a high degree of professional hospitality. It is a clean hotel, their services are available in an excellent way, and the most important thing is its location in the middle of the city, so that you can reach the old area on walking and see the beautiful views and the old stairs.

Their breakfast is healthy and light. You can drink coffee on the outside balcony with the beautiful weather

Excellent hotel to stay in Amman, very comfortable, great location and very clean. Spacious rooms with everything you need. Excellent breakfast, with a little bit of everything. I must highlight the kindness and attention of all the hotel staff, especially the guys at the reception who helped us in everything we needed during our stay, inlcluding finding a driver for our trip around the country (amazing Walleed). If you are not looking for luxury but a comfortable, clean and kind hotel, this is the one. We'd definitely repeat in Toledo if we come back to Amman.

Nothing negative, everything great

I location of the hotel was really convenient for my business trip needs and in the same time close to leisure malls and shopping centers. Taking Uber back and forth was awesome and pretty reasonable in price. The convenience of the breakfast buffet was wonderful. They have a variety of options and cuisines that no matter what your preferrence would be, you will be able to find some delicious to eat. Hospitality is second to non. The whole team was very pleasant and respectful. A special thank you goes to Mr. Fadi Barakat (Abou Issam). You made us all feel at home and we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

occasionally the neighbors in the rooms adjacent to ours would make some loud noises. We did not want to complain to the reception desk because we felt it was not on the hotel to deal with irresponsible people.

Toledo is a really nice hotel in Amman, it is a medium budget-level. The location is good, really close to King Abdullah Mosque. The design of the hotel and the room is really nice, nice style and really clean. Our favorite thing was the breakfast, a lot of different foods and a chef stand where you can ask eggs and pancakes.

- The location is good, but not amazing to walk around the city, and there are not so many restaurants around (you need to walk at least 10/15 minutes to find nice restaurants) - The swimming pool is not amazing, is the typical gym swimmer pool, and when we tried to go there was a swimming private class, so we decided to didn’t use and go back to the room

The breakfast was good but the problem is there is very less number of choices, there is same kind of menu in breakfast every day. bakery portion is not good. the hotel restaurant has very limited items in menu. please work on it. the staffs are very well mannered and helpful. I like the hotel, only they should improve the quality of breakfast and basic things in bathroom utility items.

This hotel was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and staff all worked hard to aid you in having a good stay in Amman. The range of things for breakfast was good, and the lovely smiling chef Subih made me a lovely pancake and omelette each morning! Nabil on reception aided me in a room change as initially I had a loud family of five in the room next to me. I preferred the rooms on the higher numbered floors. It was handy having the two different entrances at the different levels for walking into town although the 2JD taxi ride was easy on the legs!

Pool needs to be accessible for both male and females. Most of my two different stays appeared to be male only days and after a hot and lengthy day sightseeing most tourists do enjoy a quick dip! Please consider changing this.

The hotel was lovely & clean. The location was great. The view from our room 705 was really nice. The staff are welcoming, helpful & kind. The facilities are brilliant. My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay very much & I totally recommend this wonderful hotel.

Our room was pretty basic, but accept for the temperature in the room, we had what we needed. The common areas are very nice and the staff is superb. We loved the pool and spa area — for women, make sure and find out schedule AND call down before you go as the facility is NOT coed and there are separate days of use for men and women (however, there is a women only area open everyday) . Breakfast was GREAT and the chef went above and beyond to take care of us. We had dietary restrictions and he actually brought in special food for us. Thank you soooo much for the sheep yogurt! The entire restaurant staff was exceptional! This hotel is an excellent value with nice perks (pool, jacuzzi, and sauna) and won’t break the bank.

Our room was so hot. It was cooler in the hallway than it was in our room. Apparently the air cannot be controlled in the room until May and we were there in April.
