I liked the staff, they were incredibly helpful and kind! Also the place was very nice, we were always greeted with a smile, room was always stocked with water and paper towels. When we first checked in there was a leftover dish in the fridge from a previous guest. We let the front desk know and they were incredibly apologetic and send us a bunch of amenities. Also, due to United cancelling all flights to the Middle East, they extended our stay an extra night.

I am so bummed about the pool being closed! We chose this hotel for location and since our friend was getting married there, but also because of the beatufil pool. Unfortunately the pool is closed until May (we were there beginning thru mid April). The weather was so nice, pretty disappointed about that so definitely check beforehand. There is a small indoor pool, but I believe there is a fee with the spa associated with it, the outdoor one is gorgeous.

We enjoyed our room, the Mexican restaurant and the overall relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms are quiet and the staff is very friendly and supportive. There is several restaurant options in the hotel, for every budget.

The outdoor pool area is being closed very early and there is barely any sun after 5pm (is the inner side of the hotel) We didn't enjoy walking in the area on the way to city centre and touristic attractions, it didn't feel safe and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff are incredibly warm and cheerful, instantly making you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with everything well-organized. Services are top-notch, and the food is absolutely out of this world. Honestly, the only downside is having to check out—I wish I could stay longer!

Great hotel, some of the cheaper rooms are tired, but the newer ones are terrific. The staff are absolutely faultless, even the restaurant staff dashed out to help with a box I was carrying and then wouldn’t accept a tip. Great food, good location and good views.

Some of the older rooms need a refurb but that’s the same everywhere, you know.

Location is good as you can walk to Rainbow street which is about 10mins. Great restaurant and bars. Spa was lovely...warm indoor pool with ladies and mens separate jacuzzi with steam and sauna facilities included in the price of the room. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to The Boulevard which is right outside the shopping mall from 4pm onwards.

Location was great, it had free parking and very friendly staff. The room was comfortable, very nice modern bathroom. Room service food was very nice.

The view from our room was an office building which was a shame as it would have been nice to have a good view. The room was not overly clean. We have an 11mth old baby who when crawling and walking got a bit dirty. The buffet breakfast was very dirty and the baby chair needed to be sanitised before sitting.

The room, the level of service and the quality of the hotel is what you expect from an Intercontinental. They have four Restaurants (I managed to try the Lebanese and the Indian and they were both excellent). They allow me to do a late check out (1pm) with no additional charge which was a plus considering I was catching an evening flight.

Impressive hotel with all the facilities you would need. Staff are very friendly. Gym and pool are great.

Service can be a bit hit and miss at times across the hotel. Feels like staff members have their assigned roles so you have to wait for the right staff member to be free.

The location, the hotel facilities and the general comfort of the hotel was excellent. The room service and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

While they had lots of staff on duty, the front of house staff were not very attentive to guest needs and not always friendly. The welcome we received when we arrived at 3am was not great although the duty manager did apologise the next day and upgrade our room which we appreciated.

Very spacious hotel and a relaxed vibe. I was travelling on my own and always felt very welcome. There was was a proper bar with barstools that you could have a beer and Mexican food at while watching Premier League football. Good choice of restaurants and a very good breakfast. Helpful staff and very cheerful cleaning staff (all male). Spacious room with double curtains to keep out the light.

The alcohol prices are very expensive even by Jordanian standards - need better Happy Hour policy. The duvet was quite thin as were the blankets (it was very cold the first few days) - thick blanket would have been good.
