I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price was very affordable it is the best choice for budget-conscious travelers. The reception team was exceptionally helpful and friendly. One highlight was meeting many young, well-educated guests from other Arab countries and they are doing language courses and awaiting visa processes for European countries. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Very central, with countless shops, cafes, and restaurants right at the doorstep.

Everything is perfect considering the money that you paying it’s great deal , the location is also perfect close to everything, the staff also very helpful and kind , I saw some bad reviews when I booked I was afraid from booking , but after I tried it , I can be sure that you would love the place and location

I like the room it was clean and the bathroom was clean also, in addition to the nice stuff specially Abeer who was very helpful and kind i was always asking her for some recommendations and she always gave the best suggestions, one more thing the location of the hotel is great right at the center of Amman and very close to Rainbow street and Downtown and the old city.

Good Location I was given 2 adjacent spacious rooms by the owner Our Driver Abdullah was excellent- friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and was always on time- 5 star for him nearby shops and restaurants Rainbow street is only 15mins walk Strong wifi

I stayed for two days at Zaina Plaza hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very suitable and clean, and the hotel staff were extremely respectful and trustworthy, in addition to the very reasonable prices. The hotel's view was breathtaking, allowing me to watch both the sunrise and sunset and enjoy the view of the beautiful city of Amman. It is an experience that I would highly recommend and I was very happy during my stay.

The room was great price-wise. The hotel location is perfect for shopping and eating good food at reasonable prices. I will very likely make a reservation at this hotel in the future. The hotel staff were nice and courteous. The room was clean. And it had ample room for me and my baggage. The shower had hot water. The room has a good A/C unit. The bed was comfortable and the sheet and cover were clean. There was nothing to complain about.

There was nothing to complain about. The location of hotel is in a busy popular area. Yes, there were occasional intruding noises from people who are selling their goods across the nearby busy streets. There was a wedding in a building nearby at almost midnight time and I heard women ululating. That was a typical Arabic wedding custom. The chanting went on for about 5 minutes and then things went quiet. I couldn't be picky considering the other convenience of the Zaina plaza hotel.

they officially protected me from a gang of fraudsters and thanks to them I got back this stolen money. They accompanied me to the police station until morning. they never left me alone and we had dinner with them in the evening really i will come again and be with this family again. with full quality spacious rooms and also the staff officially became my family.
