I had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel in Amman. The location is excellent — it’s close to all the major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was warm and helpful, but I especially want to thank the reception team and the hotel management. They were always professional, kind, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. For a 3-star hotel, the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amman and looking for good value, a great location, and exceptional service

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room service and housekeeping , thanks for Zaid and Ibrahim and Fahed for all the good energy they gave

Great service. The hotel is very quiet on weekdays. Everyone is very tidy. Quick to complete the reservation. Fahd and Zaid, who I dealt with, were very tidy and kind. The internet is very fast. The privacy in the rooms is great. The cleanliness is excellent. The housekeeping girls are nice. However, I wish they provided breakfast service.

We are more than 1yr already as a guest in shepherd all the staff are very accomudating and helpfull they always give us what ever we want..

The only things i dont like is when the staff of house keeping start cleaning . I understand their duties and responsiblities but sometime they forgot that their's someone still sleeping. Thats. What make us a wake in the morning .but they are nice workers as well...

The Hotel is very nice. Located in the heart of the capital of Amman. Within walking distance of restaurants, banks and touristic attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you want a decent hotel with a great rate look no further than the Shepherd Hotel. Zeid the general manager of the hotel is a very nice person that is eager to make you comfortable.

Friendly staff who were helpful. WiFi connection was strong and consistent. The location was great to visit the old city and roman ruins.

I like everything , starts from the stuff they was very kindly , the rooms was very comfortable , the Wi-Fi was strong and I enjoyed my time watching Netflix and YouTube on the flat screen in my room

The location very close to everything in Amman city, and the breakfast was nice , thanks for all the kindness staff,, ill come back again

The loud music sound from the night club I couldn’t sleep till late night it was not fine at all
