Great location and area The rooms are very spacious and clean, equipped with all comfortable amenities including a very comfortable bed. Everything is easy to use and operate, offering all the comforts. They also offer an excellent breakfast service with very delicious food. The chef and all the staff are very kind , especially our friend "Wissam". The room service is excellent. We thank the entire team of kind ladies for their good treatment and constant smiles. Don’t forget to visit the Garden! I love AlQasr Hotel. The place is always clean and well kept. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect; close enough so that you can find everything around you, far enough so you are not disturbed by the traffic and cars. Finally, their breakfast is always great with their fresh bakery and good selection of food.

My only negative point for this visit was that I requested Almond milk for breakfast through the app; I received an ok, and then never got it.

This is a regular stop for me, usually for work. This time the stay was for holidays. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Two negatives - the bathroom floor got too wet after a shower and the internet was very slow throughout the 4 day stay. Other than that, I shall continue to book at this hotel due to its staff, the convenient location and the comfort of the rooms.

Thé hôtel was beautiful! We’re so happy we booked here as the staff went out of their way to help us several times. To management, DO NOT lose them as they’re so kind and helpful to guests. Anas checked us in and he was so so kind. He upgraded our room for free and even let us check in super early (11 am early). After a long journey, this was so appreciated. He then proceeded to recommend dinner spots and gave us 15% off dinner when he didn’t have to. Thank you Anas for being so welcoming. Additionally, my husband and I being new to Jordan, fell into a bit of a taxi trap (novices I tell you) and the taxi driver was trying to rip us off. Immediately the staff helped us out and got the rate down. They came to our rescue straight away and told us to use Uber next time. Sharing here as I didn’t think to do that :( we had been walking for 3.5 hours straight that day haha so wasn’t thinking clearly. BIG thank you to the front of house, the security and the staff who helped us that day. We cannot thank you enough :) As for the hotel, it was lovely! Had everything you needed, staff who care and spacious rooms. Please note that we’re non smokers and I think some rooms had a smoke smell to it but you can simply let the front desk know that you’re not a smoker and they will ensure you get a non smoking room.

Good location, it is possible to go to Boulevard on foot. There are some clubs and restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice, clasic by cozy design. It has 1 restaurant at the top, 1 bar and 1 garden bar. They are very nice. The staff is gentle, helpfulness and talkative. The room is big, more than expected, with a great bathroom. The pillows are amazing.

The mattress should be a bit stronger. My room was a bit noisy due to the restaurant in the other side of the street and the customers sometimes honking, and also the children in the room next to mine.

The hotel is located in central Amman, so it's easy to reach the city's many attractions quickly. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us book a taxi to the airport for the early next day. The hotel is modern and is not too big which makes it feel exclusive.

The room had an inside window into the shower which we found odd. It also leaked water when the vapor from the shower condensed. The warm water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak. We were told we could get breakfast earlier than scheduled because we had to leave early for the airport, but when we arrived at the restaurant, everything was still covered, and there was no staff to help us.

The staff was very nice as always. They are always cheerful and helpful. I asked for a car last minute and they were able to get one for me very quickly. I simply always love staying here. I love their breakfast as well. It's always delicious and has everything you could ask for.

I have stayed many times at this hotel. For good reason - it is well positioned for my needs, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Jordan is expensive compared to most other places I go but that is not a fault of the hotel!

It has some sister hotels around like the garden one next door which is also great, and they give discount vouchers for these as a hotel guest. They also let us check out at 4pm since they had availability and at no extra cost.
