Staff is amazing, very friendly and very willing to help with anything ... Everyone, from the reception to the housekeepers .. Especially Jamal, since he was the one I communicated with the most based on my availability time. The facility is good, clean, the bed is comfortable for long night sleeping .. AC is good, theres a comfy chair and desk for remote work. The surrounding environment has everything, a bakery very close by to get delicious and cheap breakfast, as well as many other stores or restaurants.

Not sure .. One thing which is not caused by the hotel itself: There are a couple (coffee shops) in the area, that are not really coffee shops, but scammers or (night clubs). Just be careful as I've been warned by many people of that whenever I ask for a place to work with a cup of coffee and my laptop.

The staff is very friendly ,and the room was so clean It's a small hotel , so I feel like I'm home , I want to thank madam Mirvat , who helped me a lot even before my arrival, Jamal from the reception and Nasr from the house keeping It really was a nice time The location of the hotel was super , 10 - 15 min from the town down, 15 min Walk to Abdali mall and Bolivar street and many markets and restaurants very near as well as money exchange

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prime Hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome I received from the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the things that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high level of hygiene, which was especially important during these times of heightened health concerns. The bed was comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the room had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. But what really made my stay at the Prime Hotel exceptional was the VIP treatment I received. From the personalized service to the attention to detail, it was evident that the hotel staff truly cared about making my stay special. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that all my requests were promptly attended to. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mervat, who was instrumental in making my stay at the Prime Hotel such a memorable one. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort did not go unnoticed. She truly made me feel like a VIP, and I am grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Prime Hotel highly enough. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

The hotel is beautiful The location is great close to everything The room was nice and clean. the bed was really comfortable, I booked a single room they modified my booking for a bigger one but the bed is a double bed which is perfect . The staff is wonderful, Jamal and Mervat, very friendly and helpful, they made sure I was very comfortable with everything The service is fast and excellent.

There was a disco unfortunately it stayed for a late hour of the night the sound of music is very annoying I couldn't sleep until the music stopped... 😔

I liked the hotel's convenient location near the center of Amman city, as well as the helpful and friendly staff who were always willing to assist. It was also a great value for the money spent.

The only downsides were the occasional shortage of hot water in the shower (you have a limit for hot water), which could be a bit frustrating, and the fact that I had to ask for drink water daily.

Staff attitudes and willingness to do their utmost to keep you comfortable, Location, room size and facilities are good for the purpose

The Hotel is located in central area, next to all the "big" hotels and the area around has a lot of small shops and restaurants. The area is very safe and the walk from the hotel to Abdali Mall is just 10 min. Our room was very big and the ac/ heating worked perfectly. The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially Mrs. Mervat at the Frontdesk. Will book again when in Amman

Considering the size of the room and its convenient location, the hotel offered a remarkably affordable price. The staff members were incredibly helpful.

The hotel entrance was hard to find due to its small size, which was inconvenient. Moreover, some lights in the room needed maintenance, resulting in insufficient lighting inside.

Great location and easy to find: just opposite the Hilton. next to it AMAZING restaurant kabab ji with delicious local food. pharmacy, shisha street, two shops. 15 mins from the modern city center. but the diamond is the staff. Lady manager took care of me when I was sick, she also helped me with other needs. I have never felt so welcome in my life.
