I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very comfortable experience overall. The room we booked was already spacious, but to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to an even larger room that was incredibly spacious – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was another highlight of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is also a major plus! It’s very, very nice – conveniently situated and perfect for exploring the area.

I do feel that the hotel could benefit from more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. While the comfort, service, and location were top-notch, a bit more care in terms of cleaning and upkeep would elevate the experience even further. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I hope to see improvements in the areas mentioned for an even better experience next time!

The property features family-oriented amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, and play areas, ensuring that everyone, including children, has activities to enjoy.

Regarding the pool, there are a couple of concerns worth nothing 1. Inconvenient Opening Hours: The pool’s opening hours may not be suitable for everyone, limiting access during certain times of the day, which can be frustrating for families or those with busy schedules. 2. Not Suitable for Cold Weather: The pool is not well-prepared for cooler temperatures, as the water was not heated adequately, making it uncomfortable to use during cold weather. These factors could make the pool experience less enjoyable, particularly for guests looking to swim during the off-season or at non-peak hours.

The location is awesome

I expected more on the following aspects: Staff welcome was not as prospective as it should be. The facility itself was good in terms of cleanness, general atmosphere, location however lack of required serenity. The most annoying point was the security at fron entrance, but not the back one to the boulevard, they insisted to security check at every time, despite the fact knowing that this is the hotel guest whereas they have all the guest's info. I never faced such an issue in any other five-stars hotel in my travel history.

the fact that there is no appreciation for the fact that theres a hotel in a busy location and the government will shut down roads and make it near impossible to get back to the hotel at night. especially on the weekends. as a hotel, especially a 5 star one there is a need for the privelage of clients to come and go as they please and not end up circling the boulevard 15 times to try and get back to the room.

I liked the big space of the apartment and the location of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and everything is delicious, plenty of fresh juices.

They didn't have any kitchen dishes, and no coffee machine and no iron even though it says there will be, but that didn't ruin our stay because there are a lot of coffee shops downstairs, and many restaurants that you don't need kitchen dishes.

Cleanliness could have been much better when I arrived. Toilets were not properly cleaned nor the walls in the bathrooms. Spotty couches , floor around fixed dining table was not clean. Noise from people at the walkway was reaching the second floor.

Situated in the centre of Boulevard, it provided easy access to the surrounding attractions and amenities, proving highly convenient during our stay. Being able to navigate the city with ease added significant value to our overall experience. Moreover, the hotel rooms were impressive in terms of space and comfort. The ample room size offered a sense of relaxation and freedom that greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. It is clear that the design and layout of the rooms have been thoughtfully planned with the guest's comfort in mind. However, what distinguished my stay at The Boulevard Arjaan by Rotana was the staff's noteworthy attention to detail. On the occasion of SO's birthday, they prepared a special birthday room, a gesture that was both unexpected and highly appreciated. This personal touch demonstrated a level of customer service that goes above and beyond what is typically expected. From the strategic location to the spacious rooms and remarkable customer service, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I look forward to future stays and highly recommend it to other Turkish travelers.

I found that some of the taxi drivers stationed outside the hotel attempted to charge more than the standard fare for our trips, especially to the District area. While this is not a reflection of the hotel's otherwise excellent services, it would be beneficial for guests if the hotel could monitor this more closely and ensure that the taxi services they recommend or call for their guests are reliable and charge fair rates.

Location perfect. Housekeeping Staff Ahmad professional, helpful and pleasant. Front Desk Mgr Mr Rami professional. Parking and valet parking helpful and cordial. Housekeeping provided all amenties It turned out to be a very pleasant stay. We must say.

Unbelievably unclean tarnished room upon checking in despite front desk assuring us it was cleaned. Housekeeping took care of it later with cleaning and dry cleaning. It was rectified. Suites un-furnished with drinking cups and glasses or any chinaware or cutlery despite 2-BR suite. It was fully rectified by Housekeeping upon request!! Front Desk staff need more grooming to take care of guests.

Excellent location, great staff and exceptional restaurant “Habib Beirut”.

The corridors leading to the non-smoking rooms smells heavily cigarettes. Avoid Thursdays stay due to loud music that are heard in the rooms until early morning hours. Rooms are not equipped with usb charging devices or plugs. The staff was kind enough to lend us his own.
