The location is very good and the staff are very friendly. I didn't experience any issues during my stay and was happy for their service. I liked the idea of serving breakfast delivered to the room.

Despite it being a fair breakfast, I wished they would serve drinks and water with breakfast and maybe consider providing options. One issue, it wasn't easy for me to change the AC temperature in the room. Also, I wanted to have a private massage in my room but unfortunately it was not allowed to do that which I had to do outside, as a 3 stars hotel they should allow that as most hotels in Jordan.

Great staff, extremely kind and helpful, welcoming and hospitable. The whole place was extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable, filled with accessories, everything was working perfectly, with disability access with the elevator and modern decorating, with services provided and access to hotel and private restaurants both at rooftop with great view, and ground floor, highly recommended , and I will definitely return

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobbies both indoors and outdoors are amazing and designed well. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.

The rooms didn't have that soundproofing against the music from the bars around the hotel, it was hard to fall asleep. The AC (air conditioner) fan mode did not work, it just kept blowing cold air as if it was in cool mode. If you can upgrade the smart TVs, they seem a bit old and slow. The room cleaning service was good but did not include cleaning the carpets, so that was a downside. The walls need to be re-painted in some rooms.

Staff were very friendly would definitely recommend 👌 the service from suhaib was realy good. Would definitely be coming back here.

Reception staff is amazing, beds are so comfortable and huge pillows are very nice too. Overall clean and tidy. Hotel staff from manager to cleaners are all very good people and I had good experience with all of them. Location is good but you're gonna have a hard tome travelling by foot.

I didn't like the bars and blasting music at night. There is no proper restaurant to sit in peace and quiet. The only option is to order from the bar and deliver to your room. Another big downside is taking breakfast from a bar area. No thanks Id rather have it in my room. It would be perfect to close down both bars, stop blasting music, renovate and change into a proper restaurant and second one into conference room/business lounge.
