1. Just one minute walk to Jett bus station, most convenient to catch the 6.30am bus bound for Petra. The Abdali Mall is about 5 mins away and there are minimarts for neighbours. 2. Staff esp the front desk lady manager were welcoming and helpful and the latter helped order traditional local food that were simply scrumptious. 3. Appreciate lift in the hotel.

1. No housekeeping, not even trash clearing during four nights of stay. 2. No hooks in the bathroom, only two hangers in the cupboard, bath towel is a mite thin n the room was cold with no thicker blanket in sight. 3. Room layout saw one of the two bedside chests blocking the mini fridge so its door cannot be fully opened.

Even this is an old hotel, but you can feel the owner is careful to keep everything good. The old staff ( maybe is owner, I am not sure that ) very kind and accommodating, he spoke good English and helped us a lot. The breakfast was not very excellent but enough, the bed was comfortable and the water was very hot. If you are looking for the hotel with new decoration, it is not that kind, but if you want to meet good people and feel like back home, there is you want. PS. The hotel is very near Jett bus station, so if you need to take the bus, you can choose this hotel, only 2 min by walk.

Location was great as its right next to the bus station which we needed for the bus to Petra. There are also several shops at the ground floor where you can buy snacks, water and food for your trips, which is a big plus. Otherwise it is very close to the Abdali Mall (photos attached) and one could walk to the city centre if you make an itinerary with some pins to visit/shop/eat along the way (we did it, although Uber is rather cheap and we could take one instead). Breakfast was ok, they also packed a box with food for us as we had a very early bus to Petra next morning. The room was large and the furniture and everything seemed of good quality, although they do need to improve their maintenance.

Maintenance could have been better, cleaning was okeish. There was also a smell of cat piss on some floors. There are some textile-covered couches on some floors and it seems that there are cats that use them :) We felt cat piss smell in many places in Jordan though, it seems that cats are welcomed in many places and they piss, but the smell was just on one corridor :) Our room smelled good. Other issue which was common and observed in many places in Jordan is the white mold (non-toxic), we noticed some in our room as well.

Location Location Location! A few steps away from Jett Bus Station, this is the best hotel to stay one day before or after taking Jett bus to Petra. People at reception and neighbourhood (local shops) are very friendly and kind.

As other guests have pointed out, my room was full of humid when I entered, it was ok after I switched on air conditioner for a while. Because of the humidity, I did not enjoy staying at my room much. I just slept over night after coming back from Petra and left on the following day. Shower curtain was still short; the bathroom floor became all wet after shower. Shower head needs to be cleaned. I was ok with a thin bed over??? No over sheet.. Well, it might be a bit cold to someone.

Overall, i had Very pleasant stay with them. More than value for money. Very attentive stuff , who is 24/7 ready to help you. Rooms are very spacious and kind of comfortable. They serve breakfast ( not so fantastic on variety of food items presented) , but still very nice of them to serve it for the guests .

Ventilation( very loud) in the bathroom is connected to the lights, so when the lights are on , loud buzzing of ventilation could be very annoying for the person in the bathroom. Maybe if they could add some few extra options ( maybe sausages and omelette for example , ect) for the breakfast , it would make breakfast really good indeed too.

Perfectly satisfactory hotel. Nice, clean, comfortable room. The hotel is on a busy main road and if you google view it looks a really random area. But the location is next to the Jett Bus Office from where you can take day drips and onward journeys. It's a $2 (white) taxi to downtown, and at night visit the Boulevard, which is short walk (past the hospital) for a huge selection of restaurants.

Shower coldish on just one morning.

Location. Just two minutes from Jett bus station (Abdali) from the hotel. We purchased Jet Bus tickets the day before the departure (October). Very friendly staff. They packed lunch for us for the 6:00am departure at the Petra trip. Clean and spacious room. Air conditioning worked well. They also have a refrigerator. Many shops and restaurants nearby. We tried Middle Yeast cafe/restaurant which was recommended by hotel. They were good. We came to Amman from Israel through Sheikh Hussein land border crossing. It was two hour drive. Hotel arranged a car service (60 JD). Very convenient and comfortable car. We probably paid a little bit more, but the car was good. We used their car service for going to the airport. We paid 2 dollars more than Uber, but comfortable car and came to hotel before 6:00am pickup time. Will stay here again next time

Really convenient if you arrive or depart from the Jett's Abdali bus station. Also walking distance from the 3,30 JOD shuttle stop "Housing bank complex" from the airport. The breakfast was okay (omelette, eggs, pita, hummus.. ). The TV worked.

Not much in terms of restaurants in the vicinity. There is a fairly large supermarket just nearby open till late, though. The wifi was unreliable. There was no switch for the main light - I had to switch off the light fuse for the night.

Very friendly staff. The lady we saw in the morning recommended a tour to us to be able to see Amman on our last day in Jordan without being pushy about it. Very friendly, correct information, good price, good English. Very glad she did this and that we accepted, it made our day so much better and easier. The hotel is in a good location. Rooms have everything you need (except maybe a second chair in a room for two people?) And are very good value.

This was my second time here, in the way back from Petra. Best hotel to catch the bus to Petra, 1 min walking to Jet bus office and the staff are the best, friendly and very professional. The room are comfortable and clean, they kept my luggage while in Petra, I totally recommend it and I would go back if I ever have the luck to go back to this fantastic country.

I liked everything, I would definitely go back to this hotel.
