Breakfast was really good; couldn't fault it and the room was lovely; location was also good and closer to most amenities

The price booking.com quoted to us before we left was not the same when we got to the hotel. I was charged more £620.18 instead of JOD 480 (was JOD 386). I would like a refund of the extra I paid as I don't think it was fair to change the price I was quoted before arriving in Jordan. The receptionist on duty on arrival was rude because we showed him the price we booked on booking.com but he wasn't having it and raised his voice at me because I tried to argue that there was a price mismatch here. In the end, as I was tired I had to pay the difference because it was really late checking in but I was not happy at all about this dubious behaviour. All I can say is to be mindful that prices might change on arrival and you end up paying more than anticipated.

So comfortable, clean. Breakfast is great. Receptionist Malek is so helpful, and they are all smiling, which makes one feel at home. jacuzzi and steam room are perfect.

The security every time I get inside the hotel, I need to put everything to scan.. It is really annoying when you are tired and holding things that you bought and finally reaching the hotel to go up and rest in your room and you still need to put everything on the scanner and pick them up again. They should make an exception for the already checked in customers.

I want to personally thank the staff and especially manager Motaz, customer relations Lubna, Qusai and Ragheb at the front desk, three Mohammed’s at the door and the cleaning crew Lynn, cara and Clair. What a wonderful staff. You are lucky to have them. I’m sorry to anyone else I forgot to mention. It was beyond amazing and i can tell there’s good management. Thank you so much for everything, especially manager Motaz that went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Give them a raise!!

The members at the jacuzzi were a little creepy. Also jacuzzi needs some cleaning

We spent a pleasant time at the hotel and the employees were very kind and took care of all our requests, the room cleaning service was fast and we didn't have a problem, we loved the swimming pool, the sauna and the jacuzzi, the breakfast was delicious and we had lunch at the American restaurant and the Italian restaurant over the course of two days. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their Excellent service . We liked the privacy in the hotel because it is forbidden to take pictures in the pool area, the jacuzzi and the sauna service.

At first, I was amazed by the property in the building itself, which I found very mesmerizing. But then, when I was welcomed by the friendly staff of the Marriott, Amman specially Mr. Sanad and Mr. Waseem I really felt like I was greeted by family, and I loved the hospitality and the great manner that they showed, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, I was also given the extra advantages on site and instantly which I also loved.

The breakfast was a little standard in my opinion, but it could be because I’m used to all five star hotels.

Had a great time staying for work at this place the breakfast was amazing and our Mr. Badran at the restaurant each morning was just great made my day :-) I would go back for sure! The rooms are big and the bed is very coortable.

1. The building is old and needs a renovation. 2. The customers at the pool unfortunately used their mobile devices inside the pool and the relaxing room speaking really loudly which finally caused us to leave.

The hotel has everything you could want and is incredibly well designed and well kept. The rooms are quite large and the beds are wonderful. The staff is excellent and were always able and willing to help us. There are plenty of food options at the hotel and the breakfast is superb.

Just note that the indoor pool as part of the spa is not available for children. So if you go when it is cooler outside, any children will have to use the outdoor pool (which can be heated).

Great location , easy access to every where.. some of the staff were excellent, great customer service especially front desk young man call waseem was excellent and also the staff at the breakfast restaurant were exceptional too.

They run there own taxi service very expensive, they do not allow outside taxis to operate there, you would have to order uber or go outside the hotel to flag taxi..

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Fawaz on reception and Asem the concierge. We had a room on the 12th floor with a lovely view of Amman. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a good choice of restaurants for dining in the evening. It was very easy to arrange day trips/private transport with the partner taxi company, a representative of which was always present at the hotel. The level of English of the drivers, however, sometimes made it difficult for us to do the trip exactly as we wanted.

No complaints.

All things was good, the hotel was luxury thing and wifi was 10/10, food 10/10 the arabic staff was a little rude but the asian staff was really awesome and very kind, the room service was 10/10 and i really like the hotel
