We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was wonderful and very spacious. The indoor pool was warm and the view from the outdoor pool was magnificent. Also the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel has many options for places to eat and drink and it was very well equipped.

Mahr is the best man there . I’m so thankful to him . He is the best.

We were positively surprised with the hotel and its amenities. It looks luxurious and we felt very welcome. I was a little bit concerned about the hotel prior to the arrival, as some reviews on Google were not great, but the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The first impression was amazing - on our arrival we were immediately upgraded to the room with breakfast (our original booking was without breakfast). We got two connecting rooms, one for parents, the other one for kids. Both rooms were very spacious. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom really nice. The good thing about this hotel is that it is interconnected with the Regency Palace hotel and you can use facilities of both hotels. Therefore breakfast was served at Regency. Also indoor and outdoor pool at Regency hotel can be used by Grand Palace guests, which was fantastic. Kids really loved the pool. Even if you are not a big swimming fan, it's worth visiting the pool to admire the amazing view of Amman from the roof top level (outdoor), or one below (indoor), which has 270 degrees view of the Amman. Worth noting that Regency hotel is quite high building and on the top of the hill, so the views are just incredible. Finally I would like to mention Mr. Iskandar and Mr. Madhar. They helped us a lot with organising a taxi for Amman sightseeing, and a trip to Petra, Dead Sea and back. This was all on moments notice.

He upgraded us to a room with breakfast (our original booking was without breakfast) and he allowed us to keep the room longer for free as we had a late-night flight. Free access to the Regency Hotel with rooftop pool, DJ, indoor pool, and spectacular views of Amman. Best breakfast and dinner buffet also. Highly recommended.

Came here for my daughter playing in the fiba basketball. From australia. Perfect and close location to the venue. Breakfast was delicious and heaps of variety. The roof top bas that we used at the regency palace was amazing too.

The grand taxi tour people. They are a ripp off. The hotel should not recommend it to their guest. The toilet system is very weak. Always got blocked 🤦‍♀️. They need to have smart TV's in the room.

Happy with my stay in Grand palace hotel. Staff specially Maher were good and helpful. Buffet food at restaurant of the hotel were grateful with variety of food and deserts. If I revisit Joradan, I book this hotel again.

I stayed at the Grand Palace hotel which is attached to the 5* Royal regency. Visitors of the Grand Palace hotel can access the spa, rooftop and indoor swimming pool, breakfast and Dinner in the Royal Regency hotel. I stayed in the Royal regency for one night and found the room was much smaller. However, you get a hair dryer, a fancier table and a few more amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor.) Whilst I stayed at the Grand palace I used the gym and rooftop swimming pool a lot. I’d highly recommend staying in the grand palace!

Hallway smells a bit dated

We stayed two nights and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like queens. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was the only hotel we stayed at which gave us never ending water. We left our last day to Petra before breakfast (included), but the lovely staff provided us with breakfast in tuppers to go. Would definitely go back there.

We came to swim and, boy was it perfect!! Lovely staff, comfortable room. Will absolutely do this again! Great value!

Tv did not work in my room and the room service menu was quite limited.
