The location was excellent, facilities as promised and the staff uniformly friendly and helpful. The premises were modern, peaceful and well-decorated while (for once!) the apartment was slightly larger than I had expected based on the photos. In terms of value, the price was also very reasonable and more than adequately justified by what was on offer.

A couple of bits weren't perfectly clean - the key areas/furnishings were all fine and I don't think there was anything that would bother most people, but if you are fussy about that kind of thing it might do.

The property is good, its location is convenient, close to services, there is a private parking lot, the room is of a suitable size for two people, and the staff are friendly.

The thing that needs improvement and is not a defect or negative thing because they are hotel apartments is the daily cleaning service. It needs more development and attention.

We found dead ants in the bed and around the entrance to the bedroom, but they were dead so generall not big of a problem. Just weird to find in bed when you finally get to the room after a long day

I booked a room for my guests, and I was glad that I didn't get any complaints from them ;) The staff was friendly. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from The Boulevard Amman, and also 5 minutes walk from Jabal AlHusein market, but in the same time it's in a quiet area in the night. Transportation to downtown was also near. Furniture was in a great shape and most of all clean. The owner was decent while some other hotels tried to close the deal without letting bookong.com get it's commission!

Location, great wifi, and Ahmed at the front desk going out of his way to be accommodating no matter what random time of night I was coming or going. Although Uber and Jett are readily available, private airport transfers were easily arranged.

I like cold showers and knew this from previous reviews but for those that don’t, it appears that warm is not an option.

Overnight stay while passing through Amman. 24-hour reception. Clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent location in a commercial area, just a few minutes' walk from the Jett bus station departure point. Super friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Extremely convenient hotel for the JET bus to Petra, just a five minute walk to the bus station. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff, especially Salah. Downtown is relatively close, a moderate walk (30-45 minutes) or a quick 10-15 minute Uber (around 2-3 JD, less than $5).

The staff was amazing and extremally friendly, especially Mr. Ahmad (Abu Adel), he was very helpful, he always answered all of our questions, and helped us whenever possible, he was extraordinary and very hospitable, also Mr. Omar was very kind and helpful, even though we met him for a few days, but he helped us a lot.

Great location next to Abdali bus stop for the JETT bus. Abdali mall and the Boulevard are very close by and lovely area for dinner. The staff at the check in desk were so helpful and helped us with directions. Would definitely recommend staying in Amman
