Great location. Room and the view.

Not very helpful staff. I forgot my wallet in the room with 500 euros and IDs, however the staff refused to help out. Communication was difficult, after several calls and emails, I finally got the phone number of operations manager. After calling him several times, no answer. The reception manager was also not able to help. Of course, on the end it's on me as I should keep my wallet in the pocket, but I told them that they can keep the 500 euros and just to return me the IDs. Still no help from them. The Hotel has a good location, but the staff not so good.

Very good hotel, the staff are really nice and professional, large room, very warm on the cold Amman nights. Had great massage.

The only downside was the pillows. They are not comfortable. I had one bad experience that did not reflect on the hotel in general, but I got a call from room service at 5Am asking for the food trolley, I couldn't believe he woke me up at dawn to ask for a trolley

Staff is very friendly and attentive, they gave me an upgrade to a suite. The location of the hotel is quite good, 10 minutes by car from the city center and 5 minutes walking from the blue mosque. Also in the heart of the new business area. It is modern, comfortable, clean. Near it there are a lot of small restaurants to it. Special thanks to Mohammed Al Atar, and to the whole team as well. I can recommend it

The restaurant is theoretically open for dinner, but every time I went, there was nobody, so had to go to the reception to ask where is the restaurant staff to take orders. Food was good.

The staff met and exceeded all expectations. The two bedroom apartment was exceptional in all aspects. Beautiful panoramic view of the city. The room was kept very clean throughout our one week stay. Highly recommended for families. Plenty of amazing food, shopping and family fun options nearby. Would stay again. Some small caveats, overall 9.5/10

The location is a little difficult to get to due to the proximity of a busy interchange and street. Access to both the boulevard and mall is a little challenging but doable. There is no pool. Full service laundry is expensive, I don't think there is a self-service laundry option on site. The W hotel across the street has a night club that pumps loud music from ~10pm to 2am, even on holidays.

this hotel is in a great zone near the new downtown and also in the main street where you can find the mall restaurants anything you can think about. We came from USA for a vacation to see Petra and wadi rum. This hotel was more than we can ask for the price as we had a suite with two rooms and amazing view of the city. Overall, the price in my opinion it’s cheap for all that you’re getting.

The only thing I don’t like, but it was an extra caution for safety was the metal detector at the front since I felt like I was in the airport. I highly recommend using their spa services. I got a facial and it was the best deep extraction facial I have got so far.

Hi 👋 Jordan 🇯🇴. My first time here. Coral 🪸 hotel. Let’s start. They are so welcoming. The hotel not new but good 😊. 3 elevators 🛗 but old school type. No card reader so any one can go up 🔝. Loop small but cozy. They have very good and well equipped gym. My room was so large but with dirty windows 🪟. There is a bad smell 👃 just near the entrance door 🚪. Good 👍🏽 bathroom 🚽 and bed with a nice 😊 setting area and small kitchen. And big thanks 🙏 to mr Abdulaziz the room service supervisor. Great guy with a great smile 😃.

Room is clean , spacious and staff is extremely nice.. one of the most enjoyable stays in Amman. Central location in Abdali area, 2 minutes walking to Abdali Mall and Boulevard, lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area and just 5 minutes by taxi from downtown. I stayed in 5 stars hotels in amman for triple the price of coral tower and i found that location is 1 minute walking from that hotel + services were very similar.. so i do highly recommend coral tower.. great value for money in terms of central location, amenities and great hospitality!

Breakfast was not super great -to my personal taste- although it is inclusive of several options and might be good for others!

Location was wonderful and mohammed the recptionist guy was super amazing he upgraded our room to a better view and he did our checkin with super time. He also did his best to make our stay as great as it could be.room size was huge and bathroom looks modern and bed was comfy.

Elevator takes lots of time to open and close. Other than that everything was perfect.

The location was perfect next to the bolivard..best restaurants and cafes on the same road.. they have a taxi office and tour organisers..the staff were very helpful and polite..I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Amman

The towels are very old but clean, please change them.
