Staffs are extremely good. From front desk staff to restaurant staffs to security, all are extremely good and well behaved. Breakfast is good with multiple options.

The washroom door style is not at all good. There was no lock on washroom door and there is a judge gap and so there is no privacy at all. We need privacy when we travel with family. Even because of the door gap, sometimes toilet smell comes inside the room. I guess that you have made such kind of sliding door to save space but at least you should provide a lock. The door doesn't stop after closing and sometimes comes out of the slot. That's why I will not choose this hotel in future.

Everything was perfect! Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast! The gym was good! The room size was good. There was instant coffee and tea for me. The bottled water was replaced every day!

Well the pool was not working, but it was explained in the booking that my trip is out of the summer season and that the pool will be opened in the beginning of June.

It was a very, very wonderful stay, and I will not forget to extend my sincere thanks to the employee Mohammed Semreen for his good performance, reception, and assistance to us. He is an ideal employee and always deserves the best. The general atmosphere in the hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is wonderful, the pool is clean, and the food is delicious! Thank you all , great staff ..

The room is big and the king size bed is a plus. I took a private tour to Petra with Ahmed Madi and I would definitely recommend it. I took my time in Petra and all the road trip was smooth. It is a plus that they start the breakfast at 6:30am so we can make more time to sightseeing.

I booked this hotel because of swimming pool and gym which looked nice on the photos, but for my surprise, when I got there, the swimming pool was not taken care even though they would pump water every day in the morning. The gym was a little bit messy too… other than that, the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel staff is very kind and accommodating. My room type was not available so they upgraded me to a suite. The chefs in the kitchen are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are big with refrigerator. Large tour groups stay here, so it is a good value for the money with a variety of amenities, including a fitness room, attached sports bar and large breakfast and meeting area. You don't find a lot of restaurants or facilities that serve alcohol in Jordan - so if you are wanting a beer or a glass of wine, it is a handy place to be.

I like to take my own bags to my room (If I pack it, I feel I should be lugging it around), but the staff are so insistent they will enthusiastically take your bag out of your hand. If you haven't had a chance to stop at an ATM yet to exchange money and have no tip cash on hand - they show their disappointment - It can make you feel uncomfortable.

The reception department is very wonderful, fast and cooperative. I would like to thank Mr. Ahmad Helmi the front office manager, and his staff.

Mena Tyche is a very nice hotel, lead by a friendly and welcoming team. The hotel is located in the well-established district Shmesani. They serve high quality breakfast with typical and super tasty Arabic food as well as hold a Gym and a Swimming pool, the latter opens from May 1st. The gentlemen at the front office, the room service, the restaurant team and the guards at the front entrance are super nice. All clean, safe and comfortable.
