It was a fabulous experience. The staff was great, friendly, courteous, professional, attentive, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, very, very clean. Though the hotel has been there for many years but it was taken care of in such a way that competes with the new hotels surrounding Sheraton. Simply I fell in love with this hotel because I have been staying in hotels around the world but this stay has been memorable. Also, the breakfast was amazing! The food catered to all sort of tastes from east, west,north or west. You name it, they had it on the menu. I ran out of words to express how pleasant had my stay been.

I would give the staff 10/10 , however , the place itself felt too under pressure with no air flow, if the windows just opened a little bit more wouldve been better, air conditioner would not cool down at all even with it being on the lowest setting, the towels were clean and everything however there was the tiniest bit of smell which i hated but its okay because overall it was a great experience.

Exceptional greeting and welcome at the front desk service provided by Hamza. Hamza was so effortlessly polite, respectful and friendly. Hamza was attentive and more than able to get all our family needs worked out smoothly, I would definitely be asking for him next time we stay. Great face for Sheraton!

Staff are definitely trained 5 stars. The outdoors bar overlooking the pool was what we needed to enjoy the stay, and was family friendly too

I booked a non smoking room, yes I got it but people still smoking in the non smoking rooms. I complained to the management but said they told the customers but they do not listen. I think they need to apply tough measures for those who still smoke in the non-smoking rooms.

I stayed with a friend at Sheraton, the hotel facility is great and the check in was very smooth Lara at the reception gave us a nice room, we enjoyed the pool as well Hamza at the pool was very helpful and he helped us with recommendations as well he took care of us while we are at the pool 👍… i highly recommend the hotel

Unfortunately we wanted to do late check out and the reception for one hour did not pick up the phone to make sure whether we were can do late check out or not

Excellent hotel. Big, nice room with a good view. Comfortable bed. Clean. Delicious breakfast, variety of food options. Lovely swimming pool (indoors) where we were almost all time alone, open until 10:30pm. Helpful staff. Location - quite far away from the centre of the city (about 7km), but Uber works perfectly well and is very cheap (2-3 JOD) so not a big issue. Outdoor pool unfortunately under renovation…

Spa zone was excellent. Everything worked properly, clean to a shine, very comfortable. Breakfast was good, a little bit basic for such hotel, but everything was fresh and tasty. Christmas decoration of hotel proved nice mood of guests.

Complete absence of welcome. Our single rooms were booked in midfloor several months ago, the girl by name Tatyana told us that they would be on the second floor, and there was no other option. Only mentioning negative review in Booking helped to reveal the options, and they were really with nice view to the city. However, in the room even single banana or apple did not wait for me. Taking in an account that everyday price was around 300$ per nose, it could be possible to get some tiny present.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has many positive aspects, but I believe the furniture could benefit from an upgrade or renewal. A special thanks to Massa for her excellent service and kind assistance. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I booked this room for my wedding stay, and they kindly provided complimentary hospitality and a lovely decoration for the room, which made the experience truly special. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the location is excellent

Nothing — everything was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Yehya and Rakkan made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in and made sure all our requests were immediately met. The room was incredibly spacious and fit 3 people very comfortably. The food quality was excellent. All staff we came into contact with with friendly, attentive and knowledgable. The hotel is beautiful, clean, welcoming and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent too.

My only comment would be that the heating wasn't working properly and the room was quite cold. Our trip was in February so the weather outside was chilly. In fairness we did not complain about this and if we had I am sure it would have been seen to by a member of staff.
