The personnel didn't tell us neither about breakfast nor the 30% discount, we had to figure everything out by ourselves The suites are surface cleaned, not deeply. Lots of dead bugs near the windows

Great experience at Capri Hotel Amman! The staff is professional and welcoming, everything is very clean, and the location is excellent. With a few modern touches or renovations, the hotel would be absolutely perfect. I’d be happy to come back—even at a higher rate—if those improvements were made!

The staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. I found it comfortable and had everything I needed, plus the location is very good (it might not be close to downtown, but it's a good area in terms of services and safety).

Very nice hotel, in good area of town, close to restaurants and shops. Our appartment was very spacious, clean and well equipted. Best part about hotel is their friendly and helpful staff. Girl on the front desk helpes us a lot, looking for restaurants to book for dinner, looking for taxi and some gifts. Breakfast was also very good, nice lady from the kitchen was preparing fresh omelette for us every morning and there were a lot of tradinional Jordanina dishes you can choose from. Hotel also provided free parking for us.

Breakfast was very good Arabic breakfast. It would be nice to have yogurt and fruit as well.

It would help if there was a microwave in the room kitchens.

The owner is very nice helped me with travel information, and other local general cultural info. especially in wedding party! Other staffs are very friendly, the security helped to to pick up luggage when I still in the road opposite side, the reception also very helpful!

The location was extremely convenient and the property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The service and staff were beyond exceptional. The hotel manager, Mr. Alaa, was very professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend you stay at this hotel.

The hotel is clean, and it's at a great location. All of the employees are friendly, helpful, and highly moral and ethical. Their service is generally excellent, and I had a unique experience. I also do not forget the staff who were at breakfast time and their great cooperation with me. The owner of the hotel is very courteous and respectful, and he personally extends a warm greeting to guests. My rating for this hotel is higher than the number of stars it has been given. The room was a bit cold and the window leaks when it's raining, not a big issue.
