The breakfast selection wasn’t what we were used to so limited option for us, and only two hot options, one being boiled egg always and the other changing every day from hot veg mix, egg and potato mix and others etc however there was things to choose from, The kitchenette didn’t have anything to clean plates with like a sponge or soap, and just other small things said to be in the room that weren’t but we asked reception for it and they gave it to us. The water pressure isn’t great but we learnt a lot of places in Jordan are similar, also the hot water system was hit and miss,

Overall a pleasant stay with great breakfast and location, but cleaning staff need training The breakfast was perfect every morning — fresh, delicious, and served with love. A special thanks to the kind lady in the kitchen who was always sweet and helpful. The location is also convenient and makes it affordable to get around the city using Uber.

However, the cleaning service was disappointing. While the hotel provides all the necessary supplies and amenities, the cleaning staff seem untrained and unsure of their responsibilities. A bit of guidance or training could make a big difference. With some improvement in housekeeping, this hotel could easily become a top choice.

The area is so elegant and the view was lovely from the room, green big trees are surrounding the hotel. Bayan was amazing and because of her amazing customer service we didn't cancel our stay. My husbands flight got delayed twice and for two continuous days she helped me to push the booking without charging me extra and thats something rare to do even if the season was low or whatever.. That gesture meant everything to us and now Almond hotel is our number 1 hotel in Amman.

Breakfast area can take a bit of expanding. Microwave inside the room would be great.

We were there for 2 nights. The room was big, the breakfast was ok. The location was not that important for us, as we had a rental car. Overall it was good value for the price we payed.

The hotel is not that clean, even the hallway.

Location is great. Staff is freindly and ready to help. Comparing to other places in the area price is very acceptable. Breakfasts available and included. AC was working super good (chilling when needed and heating when it was cold).

Towels could be more fresh. Microwave in the rooms will be a good tool to have. Ashtray in the rooms with balcony would be nice.

Although the staff was very friendly, it took me several days to change my reservation through Booking. At the end It worked out. The breakfast was ok but not very varied.

The hotel apartment is four floors, we were located in the 4th floor. Unfortunately on the roof is water pumps which starts automatically every few minutes and causes big noise 😕. The management of the hotel couldn't make any thing to this problem of course. At night such noise is really very disturbing. Other problem was the A/C in the master bedroom. While I reported it many times but they didn't repair it.

Location of the hotel was great,close to all of our needs such as Restaurants,shopping malls and Cafes. Taxi stands were clise by.Staff were very welcoming and friendly.I would definetly go there again..

Everything was available there was nothing to complain.

The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The entire place was very clean, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

Friendly staff, room is spacious and modern. It has everything you need, great value for money.

Room was a bit smelly from nicotine (But I guess that's still common in the area), furniture is a bit crooked. Kitchen could be better equipped (only 1 spoon present) and cleaner. These are minor points though, overall would recommend.
