I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bristol Hotel in Amman, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly decorated. The amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a luxurious bathroom. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in a vibrant part of Amman. The concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The hotel is located in a very central area close to everything and at the same time the area is relatively quiet. Right near the hotel’s entrance there is a big grocery shop, few meters ahead there is a pharmacy, a hairdresser, two good restaurants and a very delicious bakery shop. The staff were very welcoming and at the service of all customers. We were a family of five and got two big connected rooms which was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The toiletries did not only include the basic soaps and shampoo but also shaving kits and toothbrushes etc…things we don’t always get in other five star hotels.

There is a smell of cigarettes once we enter the rooms. However, with the ac on the smell goes away. I think this is not the hotel’s mistake cause it seems some customers smoke inside the rooms

The staff are extremely welcoming and welling to help. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which was very nice. The hotel is spotless and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. I liked the terrace around the pool where we had breakfast.

The hotel need some modernisation. the decor is a bit outdated albeit being British style decor. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The wardrobe don't have quite closure systems and if not careful make slamming noise when closing them .

The location is excellent, with easy access to many nearby attractions. The rooms offered exceptional sound insulation, creating a peaceful atmosphere. They were also very comfortable, making it easy to relax

Adding more day-to-day variety to the breakfast options would enhance the overall experience The swimming pool was closed throughout my stay

The front desk staff remembered my name and preferences, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. This level of attention extended beyond the front desk, as I encountered the same exceptional level of service from all the other staff members throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and paid meticulous attention to detail in my room. Andalusia restaurant staff were equally remarkable, offering impeccable service during breakfast. Their friendly and accommodating attitude towards dietary preferences made dining at the restaurant a truly delightful experience. Moreover, the Bristol Hotel's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident in the small yet meaningful gestures. A personalized handwritten note in my room upon arrival and the fruit plate.

Great location. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They all smile and greet you coming and going. I stay here every time I come to Jordan. I feel very comfortable here. Everyone is super nice. Highly recommend.

The team is very friendly and they act rapidly after any observation. The location is central and make it easy to reach any where in the city.

This is my third time in this Hotel, the breakfast is standard and no new items, it is everyday with the same identical plates.

Staff are great! Very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Helped me with my requests that I had for them, booked taxis etc for me. All very polite. Can’t fault their service. Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Was a great stay and when I come back to Amman I’ll book again!

Phone wasn’t working to call down to reception or room service. Had to call the hotel direct but reception picked up the phone and put me straight through to room service so problem solved easily.

Great place. Communication prior to arrival was fast. Arranging airport pickup was perfect. Lobby is very nice. Staff were excellent. Room was very nice. Breakfast was more than adequate (I do dislike having to ask for coffee, they are never around when you need them). Arranged tours through hotel and except for one small hiccup everything was good. Check out smooth.

The timing of getting our bill for our tours was way to long. Checked in 3 hours after tour ended and was told no additional charges. Checked in the next day and was told no additional charges. Then the night before we check out they call at 9PM saying there are additional charges. This was not good. Worked it all out but come on, really.

I received a free upgrade to a junior suite. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great and catered to my taste. It was centrally located near my workplace. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
