Absolutely lovely hotel in the heart of Al Sweifieh neighbourhood (in western Amman, best known for its shopping culture, malls and shopping centres that are scattered around the neighbourhood). Avenue Mall is just across the street. There is also a day cleaning service in the same plaza where the hotel is located. My upgraded suite was very spacious with a beautiful view of the street and equipped with all mod cons for a very convenient long or short stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the suite always immaculately cleaned and always refilled with several bottles of water, coffee and tea bags and other essential supplies. Special thank you to Hussam from front desk for a smooth and easy checkin process and for going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, to Mahmoud from housekeeping, and to Kamel for always preparing a delicious and varied breakfast to start the day kicking. Highly recommended.

Excellent!!! Definitely beyond our expectations!!! The room was perfect! The bed, the mattress, the shower. The breakfast provided plenty of stuff as european style. Near the 6th circle. And at the area too many places for food or coffee or markets. Value for money. Even if you find somewhere a little bit lower price, better book that one!!!

People with mobility issues should know that the breakfast hall is at the 4th floor, while the elevator stops at 3rd floor. So you have to go by stairs the last floor.

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The service provided was efficient- inside the room they have buttons for when the room needs cleaning. Whenever we pressed this button the staff came immediately. When we went for breakfast the staff were very attentive ensuring breakfasts were topped up and making sure we were happy. The staff at reception were also very helpful with any queries we had and the reception area is very modern. Based in a great location as soon as you come out there are a wide variety of shops.

The bed is super comfy and the bathroom recently done with an excellent shower. TV has subscriptions included, which was very handy to entertain a little our baby while getting ready. The staff was super kind and helpful. The rooftop for breakfast very nice and buffet had everything you need.

The room was not as modern as in the pictures would seem. Forniture a bit outdated. But there were a lot of refurbishment works be done, so they may upgrade all rooms :).

The hotel is superb—extremely clean and equipped with everything you could want. Its location is perfect, being close to numerous shops and malls. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Special thanks to Mr. Khowery for his excellent service! The shower facilities are fantastic and very clean. Shampoo, shower gel, and even drinking water are promptly refilled when they run out. I highly recommend this hotel!

Strong water pressure with big round shower head, you can open the windows and get plenty of fresh air. Breakfast included omelets, boiled eggs, lebneh, hummus, local cheeses, fool or very well cooked beans, olives, there were other corn flakes and western type of breakfast that I didn't try. The breakfast room at the the top floor was airy and well organized, thanks to Kamal. Oh the coffee was hot ! I have been to 4 stars hotels with cold coffee at 8:30 AM so I don't take this for granted! Located in mid town Swaifiya within walking distance to 3 malls. Laundry shop was very close.The mall -forgot the name - the one on the same street did have a coffee shop with good pastries and pizza.

The area to receive guests is limited.

We just wished they'd have a better variety of breakfast or would change the items daily to every few days. The advertisement showed fruit would be on the buffet, but we never saw any when we'd come for breakfast daily. Other than that, we had an excellent stay. Thank you.

The location is a very good location, safe area and opposite of a mall, everything is nearby. The staff are very welcoming and they will guide you to any place you might need and it will be within 10 minutes walk maximum. The room was comfortable and clean, double glazed window. The breakfast is cooked in-house by Kamel, and it looks clean. Husaam was the receptionist and he has a good knowledge about the area. Night receptionist Nooman was available for asking him about the directions. I did enjoy my stay and its apartments, but the service is 5 stars hotel. The furniture is new and modern as the room style.

The people in the room next door were smoking, and the smell came to my room from the door between the rooms. Also, the noise from the other room was loud because of that door and outside in the corridor. The door between the rooms had no lock from my side.

Large room with a nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff and a decent breakfast spread.

Some of the rooms (like ours) have doors that lead to other rooms (don't worry, no one else can enter your room or vice versa). These doors compromise the sound insulation. For instance, we had a noisy neighbour who blasted their TV till midnight which made it hard to sleep.

Location is exceptional, staff was good and nice, nice simple breakfast, quite suite, acceptable to good cleanness

My booking was more than 2 weeks before arrival , i booked king size bed but on arrival we were told only double bed available , i was disappointed at the beginning but the managed to join the the 2 singles , it was ok but please to pay attention for future reservations..
