I was not aware of breakfast being served. The rooms were quite large in the suite. You cannot drink the tap water but I was always given large bottles of water when requested. Very friendly staff and very helpful.

I didn’t have any issues that were not quickly addressed by the staff, like understanding how some of the kitchen appliances worked. I often was out of my room for several hours and my plastic keycard to my room would need to be recharged so I just had it done before I went to my room by the person at reception. Problem solved!

We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) in a suite, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and the hotel was easy to find. It's located in a vibrant area close to restaurants and shopping malls, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and kind. This is truly the hotel's greatest strength. I had accidentally double-booked a room, and not only did they notify me, but they also cancelled the extra booking free of charge, even though the free cancellation period had passed. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, flexible, and positive, and they assist us with everything we ask for, even things beyond their usual duties. They helped us with buying water and delivering it to our room, even though they weren't obligated to. Truly outstanding service! Furniture: The size of the room was big, and the king bed was super comfy! About what we didn't like: everything was great, nothing missing, just recommend them to add breakfast option service, and the rooms not so isolated, but it was not so noisy

The whole experience was one I will never forget. I have visited many countries over the years, but the hospitality in this hotel is truly unmatched. The staff is unlike anything I have ever seen, some of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaners are always available if you ever need anything at all. The location is wonderful -- It's not a loud area and you can Uber anywhere you want which will cost you around 2-3 dinar (less than $5). Once you call the Uber, he will be there in a matter of 2-3 minutes since the location is great. I will definitely be staying here in my next visit to Amman.

The staff was incredibly friendly, A special shoutout to Malek, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The hotel room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room, When you open the door, you find a board that separates the two rooms. which made it far from soundproof. For a hotel, this setup is disappointing. You could hear everything from the other room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, and there are a lot of restaurants and malls around. Very friendly staff, and they are always available to help. Compared to the price, it is very recommended.

The location is one of the biggest attributes of Comfort Hotel Suites. As I used to live in Amman some time ago, I pretty much knew the location, and I was hoping it would be great for my visit, however, I must say that I discovered that there is more to it. Perfectly located if you want to taste Amman first hand and use it as your base to discover Amman and nearby places if you are doing daily excursions. The first thing when I checked in was that the hotel upgraded me to a bigger suite, which is nice to feel welcomed. The young gentleman at the reception, Mr. Abdallah, (sorry if misspelled) welcomed me, informed me of the upgrade, and assisted to get my bags moved. My first impression of the room was as it was described, with a spacious bedroom, living room with a couch, and well-equipped kitchenette for quick meals or coffee/tea. I knew there is a pub downstairs, and you can use the backdoor for quick access. Must mention the gentlemen who are taking care of the cleanliness in the room, all of them were great, asking you if you need anything, and if you sleep a bit longer, as I did, asked to clean up, as I was leaving for a stroll. Must mention Mr. Ali, very polite and helpful, making your room and stay feel like home. To summarize, and I'm sorry that I forgot all the names, all staff in the hotel is GREAT and will help you with anything you may need. I highly recommend the Comfort Hotel Suites for your stay, family, couple or solo. Well done !

Dust on the streets is because of the empty lots for construction. But that's the location. This would not affect the stay in the hotel. Streets could be cleaner, but with all the movement of people, it's expected to have some trash.

I Really liked this hotel, everything was so ideal. Upon arrival the receptionist Sultana was so kind, she upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment ! It was very spacious and clean, the housekeeping guys, Ali and Eyad were great too, whatever I needed, they got me instantly. Even the security man was so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and for sure stay there again. Thank you to the staff so much again! And the location is perfect, so many shops around with Avenue and Galleria mall so close.

Roomy suites with strong 5g Wifi. In a great location, halfway between sixth and seventh circles. Steps away from a big 24 hr bakery and very close to the Galleria Mall with several eating options on the top floor (HUGE juicy mushroom burger meals at the US Eagle for 3.50 JD). The mall has one of the largest Cartefours in the world on the lower level. We extended our stay and used this hotel as a base for two separate day trips (to Jerash and Madaba). They arranged an all-day driver for 60 JD.

The rooms are huge and comfortable. Great bed, great sofa. Bathroom is clean. Great space for 1 to 2 people. The decorations are also good.

The only thing that I'd recommend is that they fill the refrigerator at least with a water bottle. When I arrive at the hotel feeling tired, I would expect to at least find a water bottle :)
