I am writing this review of the Geneva Hotel. We had a family suite, which included two rooms, a living room, and one bathroom. It was enough space for our family with two kids. The rooms were clean and convenient. The facilities in the hotel are nice, and the swimming pool was good. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options, and they can cook omelette eggs for you. The coffee is good, so we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

I didn't like the toilet seat because it was made of cheap plastic, and the toilet as a whole was not good. However, the bathroom was okay

The staff are very helpful and friendly, sometimes they forget to replenish coffee and tea after cleaning l, but whenever we ask they bring us to the room,the breakfast is very good and the team are so helpful and very cooperative specially we have a small kid.

I believe the gym has to be upgraded and add some more weight lifting machines it’s not up to the level of 4 starts hotel, the shower in the bathroom in our room had no removable shower only the fixed head shower and that was challenging to shower the kid.

Hotel is 10-15 min walking distance to Galleria Mall and a lot of Restaurants, Pharmacy and Grocery. Location is perfect if you’d like to stay abit far from busy downtown. Pool is closed for whatever reason but it doesn’t matter of course cos I’ve been touring out in my entire stay. Wifi is very good. Power socket anyhow is only one far from bed. And somehow my fast charger didn’t work. There must be a reason I know nothing about. It never runs out of hot water. Breakfast is amazing! Staff are attentive to your needs and very helpful. Express laundry is super express! Their driver Mr. Hussein Haddad is the best! Kudos to the team! I will be back for sure!

I stayed for 12 nights with my daughter. The staff was very professional very polite and very helpful. The room was great and clean. I was very comfortable and pleased .. have no complaints. I will use it again for my next trip

Very nice hotel, I liked it a lot. Good location, excellent breakfast, swimming pool, internet.

I was asking for double bed, but was given a twin room with very narrow bed. Payment issue was also very challenging - in most hotels guests are trusted to pay during the stay not immediately upon arrival (if there are exceptional situations - my credit card was blocked for security reasons).

Breakfast is great. I had a really quiet room. The pool is just beautiful and it was nice to have weddings in the hotel, as noted, my room has quite but it might not be the case for all quests.

Cleaning service and distribution of water was not always at the same time, it migh be better that only once per day the staff is coming into the room.

Very friendly stuff professional loving and understanding clean facility room service is first class. The receptionist staff are well mannered very helpful and quick. The hotel is very safe and I really enjoyed my staying. Thank you everybody.

It was a very pleasant stay at Geneva. Everything was great and we felt very welcome by all the staff. Alaa and Ibrahim were very friendly. Specially Husam was great. He is so kind and deserves the best.

The hotel staff exudes warmth and friendliness, making me feel exceptionally welcome. I was particularly grateful for their accommodating nature when they offered me an early check-in, allowing me to settle in even before 11:00 AM.

I started with the front office team ..super friendly professional..thanks for Mr safwan alrigb and Mr alaa alnoimat ends with the greatest guy which he helps me to get my heart medicine fast .. special thanks to him mr Ahmad aljoghl also special thanks for the kitchen team the breakfast chief and his team ..what a lovely food

The food price is a bit expensive
