The staff is welcoming, polite and very helpful. They upgraded me to a bigger room since the hotel was not too busy. <3 Located in a neighborhood with loads of restaurants, bars and shopping malls. Also very close to one of the JETT bus station, which is convenient for days trips to the Dead Sea and other destinations.

Simple breakfast. Not the most recent hotel in the city, feels a little run down. Was definitely comfortable and worth going, in any cases.

The staff especially Diyaa was so hospitable and kind. He entertained my daughter as I waited for my husband to drop off the rental car. He also arranged transfers to King Hussein Bridge and Queen Alia Airport at a good rate. Always there with a smile and gracious in their manners. The area has lots of fashionable stores and seemed safe at night. JETT Bus about 10-15mins away but be prepared to cross heavy traffic roads. We seldom request for housekeeping but the staff were very hardworking and did a good clean.

Breakfast was the same items and the dining room was very cold. It is local dishes but no where to wash hands. Often run short on cutleries, or cups, etc. And no one there after first hour. Towards the end, bread, eggs, etc often run out. The property is still undergoing renovations and some of the facilities are not as well constructed like toilet doors had tissue stuffed in holes around handle, but the workers keep out of the way and go about work quietly. The shower spills over to the toilet floor, and causes huge flooding. Didn't get a bath mat entire of first stay though requested a few times and we can understand why it'd be a rare item due to the shower flooding issue. Not sure if it'd help but shower curtains and wiper may curtail the amount of water spilling out and flooding.

My mother traveled with my grandmother. Everything about the place from staff to room, was amazing. The Jordanian people really showed their hospitality

The hotel had a separate parking facility at the back, which was convenient. Mr. Abu Mahmud, a hotel staff member, was very friendly. Despite having to leave early for Petra and not being able to have breakfast, he prepared breakfast for me. Although the hotel facilities were old, there was no lack of comfort for a solo stay.

Fresh hotel as it is tiled, which automatically gives the feeling of luxury. There is someone at reception 24 hours a day to ask for help if needed. We were helped to book a taxi when we needed one for the first time during the stay. The location was great, close to a lot such as malls, restaurants, shops, supermarkets within walking distance. The minibar in the room was a big plus as we could buy drinks, fruit and use it. You could use cutlery, knives and so on from the kitchen and there was also a microwave to heat food in if you brought home leftovers from restaurants.

The breakfast wasn’t good. TV and internet was slow some times but still serviceable.

Everything .friendly owners . Diyar and Bashar was so supportive and they helped me alot . They provide all necessary staff to your room without complaining . Also free parking . Room service gents are so polite and they clean well .

we stayed there for 2 nights. we amazed from the entrance design and the hosts/staff were very kind and helpful. average breakfast with local Jordanian options. Good location with 5-10 mins walking distance from 2 malls and different food options nearby. the owners are doing good job.

with small corrections like add new pillows and new mattress (the bed in 1 of our 3 rooms were not good) the hotel will deserve 10 stars

Mohammed Al- Far made my stay exciting and beautiful by being very receptive and helpful all through my stay. He provided answers to all my questions about the area, transportation, and shopping locations. He is I very cheerful staff.

Short time that I had to stay before leacing the hotel and traveling out of Amman

The staff was very nice. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. It was pretty quiet and the Internet worked well. We even returned to this hotel for 1 more night before leaving Jordan. As our flight was in the morning, we had to check in late at night and the staff was very helpful and found a room for us.
