Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which is always nice. Unfortunately the A/C in the living room in that suite was not working but the one in the bedroom did so that was not a huge problem. The bedroom was spacious with a kingsize bed and comfy mattress. Wifi was very fast and the smart-tv had hundreds of channels from all over the world. Also a great shower with strong water pressure. The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood with plenty of options for shopping and dining out.

The window frames are installed in a sloppy way so they don't block out the street noise. It's not a particularly busy street but if you are sensitive to noise it's best to bring your earplugs.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, the hotel is renovated and looks amazing , the lobby is bright with the gold color, the cleanliness of the room is tiptop and the comfy bed tempts you to stay in it the whole day. The rooms are provided with smart screen and IPTV system too many choices of channels and TV shows. The hot water is available 24 hrs, the high speed WIFI. in addition to the location where every thing is closed by. Special thanks to Islam from Housekeeping for his great service and quick response I truly enjoyed an ambiance of 5 starts with less price.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, large bed, good sitting area. Pretty clean and warm.

The toilets are run down, need serious maintenance. I had to switch rooms because the shower wasn’t functioning. The replacement room still had problems with the shower head.

There isn't any complaint. Everything was set for my comfort. I didn't need to ask for anything. The staff were kind and helpful. They treated me with so much respect. The breakfast was great with its variety of fresh choices. The hotel was so calm that it helped me study for my exam.

Superb Location & superb helpful staff . Comfy beds there was almost nothing what the staff couldn't offer, always with a smile and ready to help even if it not their direct specialty Thanks for honoring my special requests. I am sure I will return to this hotel

Good location with spacious room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. The hotel is situated close to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops in Al Sweifieh.
