The hotel is amazing i think should be 4 stars it’s building is beautiful very clean and bedrooms are very nice modern and clean restaurant is amazing with nice views fifth floor breakfast was excellent The hotel staff brilliant friendly helpful make you feel at home The reception were excellent especially Majdi he was always there to help Very secure hotel amazing location very close to Swafia area which is full of restaurants cafes shops and malls This is my second time staying in this hotel I think I will stay in this hotel again and again

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Amman. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, thanks to the diligent housekeeping team on the 4th floor. Their attention to detail made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the bellboy, and the polite security staff , The level of hospitality here is remarkable, making this one of the best hotels in Amman. Highly recommended

Great location in a high-end area of Amman. I spend three nights in a comfortable room with great value for the money. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere very relaxing. Both the room and the hall were clean and everything worked properly. The gym was minimal but fine and available 24/7. Breakfast hall has a great view and food is okay.

Everything was good. Possibly the showers need better drainage but other than that all was great.

Rooms Was clean and the bed sheets were changed everyday. They brought new water bottles/tea/Nescafé’s and there were aircondition. The closet was good and the toilets were more than perfect. Security The security were there 24/7 and made us feel safe. Food and drink The food and drinks were delicious. I’m not an eater so the breakfast was good with different choices to choose. The menu was easy to use and the restaurant view was so beautiful.

Location very accessible... Security guard is friendly and profeesional... Receptionist and room boys are accommodating... Breakfast is the same everyday but its good taste, Sir Jamal from the restaurant always wearing a smile and approachable.

The flooring of the room and toilet is a bit dirty, even the housekeepers always cleaning the room.

Location was good near the 5th circle. breakfast was decent with a good spread of local choices. Really like the 5th floor Alaina restaurant, I ate there almost every night and got to know the menu well.

Plenty of parties on the lower ground floor but the noise is over by 8pm.

A remarkably excellent stay that truly stands out. The rooms are impeccable, and the upper cafe is a fantastic spot. The staff and reception team are exceptionally attentive and professional. We stayed one night at ritaj hotel it was very convenient for us. Staff were very friendly the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good! It was delicious and fresh. The staff were great by all means at the reception , the room service and the restaurant, everyone. Our experience was very good at Ritaj especially for those wanting for the bridge crossing to open the second day to cross to Palestine.

Good value for money at the specific area of Amman ( Surrounded by 5star hotels) though a bit far away from the center. Breakfast and restaurant are decent. Staff is exceptional.

I often stay in Retaj when I am in Amman. It seems there is a new management in place and they have introduced several improvements (new cafe at the lobby, revamped the bathroom, opened a restaurant on the 5th floor). It is still a small hotel, staff are cordial, rooms are functional and the internet worked like a charm)

Considering the price, everything met my expectations.
