the luxury and sophistication of the treatment. The hotel decorations are very beautiful. They make you feel very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very tasty and varied. The sitting on the restaurant terrace is a wonderful evening and the food is excellent. Cleanliness is something special I highly recommend it

Seas hotel has top notch facilities and is very well kept. The lobby at the entrance speaks volumes about what's inside. Lobby has free hot tea and dates at all times. Nice soothing music playing. Staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. If you want to exchange USD to JOD, they have the best rate! There are also security guys at the front and you have to flag them down for access to the parking garage in the basement. And once you are in the room, you see the facilities. Nice pressure on the shower and the hot water, etc. TV channels are mostly Arabic and so its fine if you speak it. Not so good for us English speaking folk. The AC works well once it gets going, so no complaints there with temperature controls.

The room advertises robes and we never got robes by default. I had to ask for them. It would be nice if they were just there. Towels were also really low in number considering it's a hotel. We are used to lots of towels. We had two large ones and one hand towel. Maybe it's a Jordan thing. Parking is also limited and fills up quickly on the weekend, hence requiring some creative parking solutions. TV channels for a western guest were lacking as it was largely Arabic, with some channels like CNN in English.

The politeness and helpfulness of staff, together with the facilities within the hotel, made our stay perfect. Having stayed there a few days earlier, we requested and were given the same room that we had previously. It made our stay more like 'home' and we appreciated that the staff organized for this to happen. Very much appreciated! The breakfast selection was varied, plentiful and of high quality, which we couldn't fault.

From my first steps into this hotel it was a positive experience. The doorman in particular was amazing. He served us coffee and dates and also taught us some Arabic. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were a highlight. So many types of cheese and olives! Very close to great restaurants and easy to get around with Uber and walking. Would stay here again.

The door to our room needed to be fixed. It did not form any seal from the hallway and we could hear everything including guests checking into their room at 1130pm. Hotel is aware any it’s probably fixed by now.

Breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff and security guards were very kind and nice to me. I stayed one night on the 1st day and I was away on the 2nd day and came back to the 3rd day. They kept my luggage to the storage room until the 3rd day I came back. Good service. The hotel itself and the location are quiet. I liked the hotel room I stayed after I came back from my away. I liked the bed, too.

I stayed the executive room for the 1st day and the 3rd day. The room I stayed on the 1st day looked different from the room I stayed on the 3rd day, especially the bathroom size and cleanness. According to the hotel staff, the both room was the same. I think that it should be more similar room with size of the room and bathroom and comfortability, if the both rooms are the same price.

Great location in the heart of the International hotel district with marque neighbors, yet very reasonably priced. Within walking distance of the World Class ‘Golden Gate Mall’, where my wife and I had one of the best dining experiences of our month-long trip through Turkey, Israel and Jordan. The staff are well-trained, courteous and kind. Six months after my first visit I was immediately recognized on my return, and have since been treated like a ‘member of the family’. Truly the Seas Hotel is my ‘Home away from home’. The buffet breakfast, which comprises a wide variety of regional cuisine, as well as conventional western cereals, toast and pastries, is outstanding!

**Exceptional Stay at Seas Hotel** I had an absolutely perfect stay at Seas Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Mohammed Abidat at the reception was incredibly helpful, professional, and highly intelligent. He carries himself with elegance—a true gentleman. The entire service team was top-notch, and I must give special recognition to Mostafa from the breakfast staff, who was kind, friendly, and quick to assist. The security personnel, especially Uncle Abu Rayan, was also very polite and attentive. The breakfast itself was fantastic, offering a great variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location is perfect, and the rooms are cozy, modern, and well-kept. This was my second stay at Seas Hotel, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be coming back!

The Staff is super nice and they helped us with a lot of things , they even accepted a delayed check- out with was super nice because our plane way back was in the afternoon and we had to stay outside until we go to the airport , but they were so gentle to make us stay a bit more without charging us - and the Restaurant Staff is so cool and super nice, and the over all ambiance was amazing , and the fire place they have in the lobby is super charming and you can stay there read or work calmly. The food at the restaurant is really good.

The hotel location is good, I wasn't able to check the breakfast and facilities due to my tight schedule. My room was clean, and the housekeeping provides good service. There was no amenity kit or slippers. However, somehow, this is common in Amman's 4 stars and below hotels. Sound isolation is acceptable, you may hear very less noise from time to time, and the wifi signal is good, there's no smart TV to connect your mobile device to the screen but the available TV isn't bad at all.

The Golden Gate Mall is just a 5-minute walk away. Convenient parking available in the basement and at the kerb of the hotel, making it easy for guests with vehicles. The staff is attentive and supportive, ensuring a pleasant stay and quick assistance when needed. Rooms are wide and clean. While the breakfast may not be the best, it is still offered and good. The hotel is located in an area with tidy and well-dressed individuals, enhancing the overall ambiance.

The air conditioner was not functioning well initially, which could impact comfort, though the staff did respond promptly. The lack of automatic entry for the parking lot requires guests to ring the car and wait for security to open the gate, which may be inconvenient.
