A Perfect Stay at The Compass Hotel Truly Exceptional Service! I recently spent 7 nights at The Compass Hotel in Amman, Jordan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. A special thank you to the amazing reception team – Thaaer, Yazen, and Heba – who went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality and professionalism truly set the tone for the entire visit. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was spotless, with a comfortable bedand a beautiful view – the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the city. Dining at the Forca International Restaurant was another highlight. Rawad, Ahmed, and Haitham provided outstanding service and made each meal enjoyable. The quality of the food and the friendly atmosphere made it feel like home. A huge shout-out to Mohammed Noubani, the hotel driver, who was always punctual, courteous, and full of helpful local tips. He made getting around Amman smooth and stress-free. Lastly, I want to thank the wonderful housekeeping team – Zaid and Salah – who ensured my room was always fresh, clean, and comfortable. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single staff member genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I can’t recommend The Compass Hotel enough – not just for its facilities, but for the people who make it truly special. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Amman. 5 stars – Highly recommended!

2 people just stand out .. Heba at the front office at Raad at the restaurant. Raad takes such good care of you.. u have to be very mindful. He will make sure u r taken care of like a baby!! He is such a wonderful person. The housekeeping staff ,, Hyazan hasan and the front offfice Yazan and Heba are always there to help. Just ask and before u turn it’s done. It’s my first visit to Jordan and to me u have generalised Jordanian Hospitality the way they took care of my 3 days of stay

Well… not everything is good . We were allotted a very small room . It cud have been much better . This was the most most disappointing part

We had a great stay at this hotel, mum had a surgery & we had to extend our stay for 3 weeks. The staff was very helpful,polite,caring & professional starting from Mr. Ahmad salim the receptionist to Mais & Fadi from the housekeeping, the security men & the restaurant waiter & chef. Truly what a great team this hotel has! Food is always fresh and delicious , rooms are always clean, great location & easy access to everything you might need( dryclean,pharmacy, supermarket). Great experience & would definitely stay again at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Such a great hotel! Lovely staff, great location, with a pharmacy and a small corner store walking distance, comfortable beds and room equipped with everything you need. Also amazing value for money! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel doesn't have a gym or pool, but that is me being really picky and for the price, not a problem.

The staff are really nice; Hiba from reception and Raad from the restaurant to name some of them. Location: the hotel is close to 100's of shops and restaurants, and even though its located near a busy road its still very quiet inside the building.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made the stay extra pleasant. Great value for the price.

Breakfast was nice but could offer a bit more variety. The classic room was cozy, though it might feel a little small for two people.
