The staff were very accommodating, especially staff at the reception. I had changed my booking dates last minute and they were quick making the transactions from their end.

My first time experience at the hotel was great. One thing I do recommend though is to please try to be more flexible with people coming through the border crossing (between the West Bank and Jordan) as it is very unpredictable and the border may close earlier than anticipated because of the many people attempting to leave and enter the country.

Rooms are a nice standard hotel. It’s clean and has a comfortable bed. Breakfast is expensive, but really good. The V Lounge is nice and you can get a drink. The room service staff were amazing, front desk staff were not particularly friendly.

Key card’s kept not working, and it had nothing to do with them being close to our cell phones. The rooms are kept way too hot, and opening the window is loud. They call you and hound you to get a review before your stay has even started, and then wouldn’t accept I did not want to provide a rating until I left.

The air conditioning units do not provide sufficient cooling often remaining warmer than outside temps regardless of cooling settings, although this is understandable given the age of the building.

Room Indoor pool / spa

Even located on the “quiet floor”, on a couple of nights we were disturbed with noise from adjacent rooms in the early hours. On our last night a large group partied in to the early hours (playing music, moving furniture), which kept us awake most of the night. Not a pleasant experience, especially when you have an early flight in the morning. in the morning we complained, reception had been aware of it (several complaints), but appeared to either be unable or unwilling to do anything about it.

The staff were very courteous, professional and eager to please. Room had everything you need and the hotel has all modern amenities. Huge bed too!

The gym and pool are slightly out dated and could do with a refurb. Quality of the food could be a little better too if compared to a top end hotel. And pillows were too hard and large for my preference.

Everything was super, the staff, the food, the services... literally everything

I would have loved the breakfast to remain for at least 11:00 am. And would love to be informed prior to the change of dinner place, as yesterday we went to where the dinner buffet used to be to find nothing, then the manager escorted us to black iris. This could be a msg sent on the TV screen before dinner.

The location is excellent close to many restaurants and other amenities The staff are very helpful The room is big and bed is comfortable

The breakfast could be better

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were amazing - helpful, friendly and nothing was too hard for them. They chased the airport for my sister’s missing luggage and managed to bring it straight to the hotel for us. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. They gave us free water bottles and fruit bowls during the stay. The breakfast was fabulous. The hotel also has a gift shop, bar and cafe, all of which were great. The pool was nice too.

I couldn’t fault anything. Everything was perfect. :)

Great location, the staff is very friendly, and it has great amenities including the Spa area. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need, including water, coffee, tea, free Wi-Fi, etc. All services are included in the TV menu, like a great relaxing massage experience done by a very professional masseuse in the Spa area.

The hotel was very nice and had excellent facilities including pool and gym. The staff were very attentive especially the cleaning staff who paid attention to detail. The location was about a 10 minute taxi ride to the centre.

The pool staff kept telling us the pool was closing at 6pm but the pool bar didn’t close until 6:30pm and the signs on the pool entrance said it was open until 8pm. The bar could have stayed open a little later to allow guests to enjoy drinks early evening. It was also open to non hotel guests at the weekend making it a little chaotic.
