toilets are cold and need circulation of same temperature as the room and also hot water need some long time to be available , also the breakfast bar need some variety, water , tags and it will be acceptable

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! After a long trip from Wadi Rum, we were thrilled to find a clean and cozy hotel with the most comfortable beds ever. The staff deserves 10 stars for their exceptional service. They made our stay truly memorable. We had no trouble parking our car, which was a relief. And let's talk about the food - it was absolutely delicious! We couldn't get enough of the mouthwatering dishes served at the hotel. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, surrounded by beautiful surroundings. We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Room is spacious and clean. The shower water pressure was the only room issue. I booked this hotel because is close distance to Jett bus station (transportation to Petra and Dead Sea). The security person working there makes sure that you ride a safe taxi. I felt protected and safe walking in the neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops around including an English speaker pharmacist (few steps away) which it was helpful when I needed to buy cold medication.

We already had good experience last year, so we decided to come back. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to 7th Circle and the JETT Bus station. Great shopping and dining opportunities nearby. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Reasonably priced.

My daughter didn't like the smell of the washing powder and/or fabric softener on the pillow cases. One of the reading lights didn't work in our room. There were no instructions on how to open and close the safe.

Great location. It is nestled in the center of an urban area. Semi-residential, with a mall around the corner. I enjoyed my nightly strolls. Friendly and safe area.

Not much to be honest. I went in with humble expectations and pleasantly surprised.

very good central location. The room was nicely decorated, clean, and had ac on all the time. We also had tea making facilities in the room which was a nice touch. Was also priced quite fairly so would def recommend to a friend or relative.

the only thing which i found weird was that the shower didn't have a glass panel or door to stop water from going everywhere, and also breakfast started a bit late at 7, it would be a bit better if it started at 6am for those travellers who want to get an early start.

We were coming from Aqaba to arrange some official paperwork in Amman and the location (walking distance from JETT Bus station at 7th Circle) was our primary reason to choose this hotel. We really liked the unique decor all around the building. Our room was clean, well equiped (electric kettle, complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water, mini fridge, hair dryer, safe, towels, toiletries, slippers), with enough wall sockets to charge our telephones. The wifi was working well too. Friendly staff. Overall: very good value for the money.

The water in shower was very hot, it took some time until I was able to set the right temperature. Too much water was wasted due to this, which is a pity and I'm sorry about that.

Service was excellent..thanks to general manger (amjad) and all the friendly staff around the hotel. Location is perfect. .The breakfast is nice as well. Most importantly, great value for the price. And they have the most delicious Italian food in amman at Italian restaurant inside hote. l I hope to come back again to jordan to enjoy my stay with you again ❤️

Nothing everything is excellent...

The front desk clerk, Majahed, was very helpful during my checkout, as I had complications with my Covid test paperwork, and he called the hospital lab several times to get it straightened out. The hotel was very comfortable. One of the reasons I stayed at this hotel was because it was on the "outskirts" of town, and I had a car and didn't want to drive too much in Amman traffic. This was pretty much right off the airport highway, so it was easy to get to hotel and easy to get to airport early in the morning.

The bathroom was a bit of a let down.

Location was great for our purpose which was an overnight stay due to a cancelled flight. Both building and room was very clean and spacious.

Only one complaint we have was the sheets did have some stains and the bed was a bit tough but for the short sleep time we had it was fine.
