The staff are very friendly and helpful. Really nice people. The hotel has a nice location near 2 big supermarkets and many restaurants reachable by walking. The room were big and very good space.

Message for the owner, get new mattresses. It's not comfortable. Also get new bed sheets and covers. The rooms needs maintenance.

With this being my third stay in Rozana, I can confirm that this proves to be a welcoming hotel with an amazing staff that is always available to their guests needs. It’s situated in a convenient location as it is surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes, there’s also a supermarket extremely close by. I do recommend this hotel.

I’ve always had a bit of an issue with the wifi being a bit slow in Rozana in my last 2 stays. However this last time the problem persisted and there were times the wifi wouldn’t work at all, which proved to be an inconvenience at times.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The prices are extremely reasonable. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was medium sized and clean. Nearby are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Only 30 minutes to the airport (costs around 35 USD with Uber).

Great location for a stay in Amman. We only stayed for 1 night but it's super close to malls and more importantly, the JETT bus station. The airport pick up was great and affordable. The room was nice and spacious too! The staff at this hotel are super nice people and willing to help at all costs. Breakfast was also delicious.

The only negative was the smoke smell in the bedroom, but we quickly learned this seems to be a common occurrence across all of Jordan!

once again the staff proved to be super welcoming and nice.

my only issue is that the room was a bit cold at night. the bathroom window wouldn’t close properly and there wasn’t always hot water.

Lovely staff, the room was pretty big and in good conditions. The bathroom was clean and I was provided with essentials. Good position, I did have a car to travel around though so it made things easier. Overall I had a lovely stay in Rozana.

I can only complain about the wifi that most often than not did not work properly. However I spent most of my time visiting around, so it definitely was not too big of an issue for me.

The customer service was the best part. Friendly staff who always have a smile for you in the morning. Staff were fast with requests and went out of their way to help. Having free water available was a bonus. Plug in adapter was available and was very helpful.

Everything was great! But i would have appreciated more toiletries in the washroom like conditioner.

The staff were quite attentive and helpful, the room was spacious and great, only issue was the shower which fluctuated in temperature, but otherwise great stay.

Great place close to main bus station 10 min walk, staff were amazing, all the receptionist guys really helpful, definitely recommend

No parking No toilet paper Bathroom not working Bed very bad not comfortable I paid for the breakfast but they cheated me they said breakfast after 9am and maybe later. Ac was on all night I was not able to control no switch or keys available or remote control.
