Its modern and clean staff are very friendly and helpfull

The swimming pool on the roof is small and it's all the time windy although it's heated but it wasn't fine for kids The breakfast variety was very good The place is nice But the staff was few they weren't able to help all the customers No place to sit when the hotel is fully booked even there were no clean plates And they gave us plastic spoons and forks coz they are out of the steel ones So we didn't try the breakfast during our stay again after this experience

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. I would like to give special thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. Fares, for his outstanding support during our stay. We had some issues with our flight at the airport, and he was extremely cooperative until the last moment. He kindly kept our rooms reserved until our situation was cleared at the airport and stayed in contact with us the whole time. Also, many thanks to Mr. Amro for his continuous assistance and kind support. All the staff, from the management to the entire team, were excellent and made our stay very pleasant.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts but this meant it wasn’t overly busy. Taxis are cheap so we went to old town and nearby resturants. The breakfast was good, first day lots of variety - but not as much on second day. The staff were so lovely, they took the time to talk to you and help in any way… we had someone with gluten and dairy allergy and they catered to this for breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Pool was great - a bit windy but the family still enjoyed it. Flo restaurant was delicious! We had a great family meal here, reasonably priced for a hotel. There was something for everyone on the menu. There is also a shop 7-8min walk where you can get drinks and snacks for cheap.

Second day breakfast there was less pastry choice. No one on counter for omelette but I think you could just ask for it. This wouldn’t deter me to book again. Overall experience was very good.

It's conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and cultural sites, making it easy to immerse yourself in the local culture. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Hattar, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional support during my stay. He kindly arranged a late check-out for me and followed up afterward to ensure I had an excellent experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Thank you, Mr. Hattar! Overall, Mada Centro Amman Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury with genuine hospitality, making for a memorable stay.

Customer service was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Well decorated rooms. Location was good. AC system was awesome, cooled room quickly. Sound proof rooms.

Odd that when we brought in outside food to the hotel, we had to sign a form. We had one set of fluffy towels, but the rest were not. Need more counter space in the bathroom. At night, when curtains are open, you can see straight into the rooms from outside.

This was my third stay at Centro Mada Amman, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations! The staff's generosity and hospitality are truly unmatched. From the concierge team, the valet service, and the ever-attentive Ayman from room service, to the friendly breakfast staff including Chef Lawrence, Chef Noor, Mohamed, Loai, Mr. Qusai - everyone made me feel incredibly welcome (and apologies to anyone whose name I missed!). The improvements at the hotel are impressive. It seems with each visit, Centro Mada Amman just keeps getting better and better. The location remains excellent, providing easy access to the city. I can't wait for my next stay! Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable.

Safety security at hotel entrance, spacious with good ambience gym, a pool with a panoramic view yet private, and good neighbourhood. The location is prime (By car Less than less than 15 minutes away from Abdali Mall & its adjacent boulivard, Avenues Mall, Tajj Mall, City Mall & The Galleria Close to main attraction areas (Abdoon, Jabal Amman, Wast al salad, etc.)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Centro! The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was situated close to all the main hangout spots in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority at this hotel. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Moreover, it was quiet and peaceful in the room despite their being a lounge upstairs. As for the breakfast, it was delicious and included a variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever visit Jordan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Great choice for a short visit to Amman. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a valet parking so no worries about finding a place to park a car. The hotel is close to a busy street. It is not bothering when you have the windows closed but while open you can hear the traffic. It was not an issue for us but can be for more sensitive ears. Overall we do recommend the hotel.
