The staff are welcoming, professional and helpful. They genuinely want you to have a good time and are available for any support needed. The location is excellent, close to a busy lively road with different shops, restaurants from different cuisines and a shopping mall. But the hotel itself is tucked in the neighborhood and we don't hear the noise of the streets at all. We stayed for 3 nights during Eid and the level of service was excellent all the time. The only note here is that my room had a kitchenette that is not functioning for safety reasons and I wasn't bothered by that, so I suggest the kitchenettes to be removed to allow a bit more space in the TV area. I would like to thank the staff at Naylover hotel, and Iwill definitely come back again.

Everything was over the top with our experience. The staff catered to our every need: directions, ideas for activities, restaurants and options for getting around. They even supplied us with a fresh fruit basket as a friendly gesture after returning to use their facility after visiting other regions of Jordan. They felt like family (better than family) with a very nice eagerness to jump in. Ahmed and all staff for that manner jump in and solved all our problems of local travel and all the issues of getting our communication devices connected to the appropriate networks to communicate back to home and in town. The location was also quite and quaint compared to the hustle and bustle of the city of Amman. We will be back and look forward to our new home base in Amman.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself was spotless, with every detail carefully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. My room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I liked all: prior to our arrival they answered my questions; the carpark underneath was extremely convenient; we were very friendly received and even got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The first day I twisted my ankle real badly and they allowed me to stay in the room until I got picked up. The owner is a medicinal doctor and he gently wrapped up the ankle with bandage for more support. The rooms are very comfortable and great bathroom and bed. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area but it is 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, et cetera. There are buses nearby so easy to get to the ‘old’ center. They even have a wheelchair, which I needed since I couldn’t lean on my foot! Lots of praise for this lovely hotel, real value for money, amd I am still amazed it only has two stars, it really is worth 5!

This is our third time staying here, it's unbeatable, and it's utterly wonderful. The most kindest staff Ahmed, Mahmoud, and Deeb. Everyone, all staff and especially the cleaners that make the place smell heavenly. If they started doing breakfast, we'd never leave!!! Litteraly the best and only place to stay in Amman. It's may be further out but it's a peaceful, with a bakery and supermarket nearby. My friend and I love it here. Shukran for everything. ❤️

The hotel hits the mark with everything: location (in the 7th Circle area surrounded by many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and the C-Town grand store); rooms (tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and bathroom fitted with a rainshower and a handshower); cleanliness (the cleaning crew always meticulously and thoroughly cleans the room and replenishes it with coffee and teabags, water bottle, etc.); and above all the staff - from the reception desk, to the hotel porters, to the cleaning crew. This is a repeat stay at Naylover Hotel and is my go-to hotel in Amman, as it provides consistently outstanding service. Best location you can find and best value for the money. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in the 7th circle, a few minutes walking distance from a major hypermarket and lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and dry cleaning service. The hotel’s highlight is the staff who always make me feel at home as well as the cleaning crew who consistently leave the room spotless clean and always stockpiled with a large water bottle, tea bags, coffee bags, etc. Best place to stay in Amman all around.

Loved everything about this property. It really exceeded my expectations. Everything, the building itself, very tastefully decorated, from the entrance to the halls and the room. I booked a one bedroom suite and it has all the necessities for even long stays. Kitchenette with a microwave and electric kettle (they have a stove that they do not operate to discourage heavy cooking and the offensive smells that may result from this but they do offer a communal kitchen that residents can use), the rain shower head is one of the best I have ever used in a hotel and the bedroom is equipped with a huge floor to ceiling cupboard that allows for maximum storage. The front staff is so warm, welcoming and quick to facilitate checkin. And the cleaning crew always leave the room spotless clean. I really cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
