I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't say enough great things about it! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for my entire stay. The breakfast at this hotel was an absolute delight. The variety of options and the quality of the food were outstanding. Whether you're a fan of a hearty morning meal or a light and healthy start to your day, they have something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the made-to-order omelets. But what truly stood out was the warm welcome I received. The staff here genuinely care about their guests' comfort and satisfaction. It's evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming and hospitable environment. I felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional, thanks in no small part to the fantastic receptionist, the delicious breakfast, and the warm welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Five stars all the way!

Staff amazing, very friendly and helpful, breakfast outstanding. There was an Italian girl in charge of the buffet, and she was amazing, very professional, and she helped us with any requests even at our hotel room. We had a nice chat with her about the country safety and she was really happy to help, lovely and charming girl, and all the staff overall the Jordanian and Palestinian guys were amazing and friendly. We booked once and then we booked with them again.

I enjoyed 8 days at Rayan Hotel Suites.; -location is at one of the beautiful areas in Amman - Rooms are clean - Bed sheets and towels smell nice :) - breakfast delivered to the room with delicious food - the team is friendly and very nice

The main entrance might need some renovation But this is not reflecting the cleanness of the room as the room and hallway are very clean

The staff are very kind. They gave me a lot of support. The manager at the front desk is very gentle. have a kind heart.supermarkets and shopping malls near the hotel. You can find it in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. Tours of Jordan and taxis can also be requested. English is available.

The bed was really good and firm. The location also is great. The staff are very polite and extremely attentive. Everything is still new.

Rooms should be cleaned on a daily basis without having to be asked.

The size of the room is really nice and big. Also the room is same with the website photos. Location of the hotel is nice and close to many facilities. Staff are helpfull and nice. It's a great value for money.

Location and price were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the manager who got us checked in before the usual time. He also helped get us taxis after our booked taxi did not turn up.

Two single camp beds were a bit uncomfortable for the boys.

Great location, very friendly staff and was able to organise tours directly with reception for a reasonable price. Breakfast and dinner was an excellent choice of authentic Jordanian food.

The room was spacious, looking exactly like on the photos and the staff was really friendly. Especially the host who organized for us the trip to Dead Sea which can be highly recommended!

It's 10-12 min walk from Herod's gate. Manager is very helpfull, breakfast is good and local shops around and there are few money exchanges opposite the hotel. Good value for money
