- Breakfast - Room size and design - Location - Staff

- First night we were given a room which was exposed to some music and sounds from outside. We have highlighted this to the staff and they informed they will speak to the reaponsible person at the lounge to lower the music volume. Second day they have upgraded our room to a higher floor which was really appreciated. - We did not like the standard available pillows, so we have asked for another type of pillows but it took some time to receive the new requested pillows.

I loved the room, the bed and the pillows they were very comfortable.

When I booked the room through booking, it didn’t include breakfast when I checked in I asked to add breakfast to the tab, the receptionist added it for me. I had asked for breakfast for 2 days. The night before I called the reception to cancel breakfast for one day he agreed. When I checked out I asked why didn’t they remove one of the breakfast, the receptionist told me it came with the rate. I was disappointed because that wasn’t mentioned to me in the first place so I paid for breakfast that I didn’t have. And the receptionist during my check out wasn’t professional enough with her answer as she made it seem that it’s my fault. I didn’t appreciate the ladies way of handling the situation. I still paid for it.

Except for the freezing pool, almost everything else was excellent.

While checking in, the front desk staff was unwelcoming. In general, staff needs more training to be friendlier with guests, whether they are foreigners or Jordanians. It is hard to believe that a hotel with the reputation of the Fairmont does not have heated pool water. We used it when it was extremely cold. The dental kit provided at check-in was used, but staff handled the situation right away. However, something like this shouldn't have happened in a hotel like this in the first place.

I visited for work. The hotel and staff were excellent and I never wanted for anything. My room was kept clean and tidy, the housemaid angel was excellent and made me feel right at home. The restaurant facilities are excellent. The staff always treat you with great respect. Overall an excellent hotel!

No dislikes.

Amazing hotel, super nice rooms, loved the steak house resturant what a great ambient food and service Nassire was amazing , special thanks to Nyly from the reception for her lasting smile and help, the roof top Nasim is so lovely and cozy we loved it, Amazing gym by the way

did not like the breakfast was super limited in choice, the pool is super small we did not use it anyway as the weather was cloudy

Concierge service is below average They never answer the phone. When they do …. They are great No toilet washer ( hose) Bidet not practical for Muslim

The breakfast was so good, I like so much, servis was good, staff was so kind and polite. I enjoyed the food and room there.

Maybe it's a good thing that the staff takes care of the seats of the customers who are assigned for breakfast, because after I was assigned a seat, when I went to get food, I saw that someone was sitting in my seat.

staff was exceptional. Beautiful hotel. Food was very good, we went back to the same restaurant twice in the hotel because it was so good. They brought us room service at 1:45 AM before we checked out . On time and it was more than expected.

What a fabulous hotel. We loved our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds were stunning. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was spacious and sleek. Our favorite was the breakfast—it was a bounty of delicious food, there was more than enough to satisfy the different tastes of our family members. And, wow, the restaurant was spectacular. It was comprised of several different spaces, each with a different decoration theme. We loved peeking into every room and taking in the incredible setting alongside our excellent meal. Our only regret is that our stay was short. I hope to return to this hotel again.

The view, the staff were very helpful and kind, The salon, hairstylist was very professional.

A lot of doors in the room 😃 There should be another single chair to sit by the window having the coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of Amman
